My fave part of the waffle every week, is the dogs going through the gate and running around. I almost feel the same joy and excitement they do!

Well done sticking to your diet Carla. I have severe arthritis in both knees and odema in my legs and am very overweight and can hardly walk, so don't let it go as far as I have, keep walking and losing weight and you won't let it limit your life like it has with me. I love Molly she's such a lovely dog. Xx

I would expect sweetener to be available, my Mum on the other hand carries a FULL selection of condiments sachets in her bag, mustards, sweetener, salt, pepper, mayo...basically anything she can get her hands on #5fingerdiscount

I think if you have special dietary requirements ie sweeteners bring your own 👍🏻 they are not exactly heavy or bulky 😂. Love seeing you Carla you always brighten up my Tuesday ❤️

Hi Carla, I have 2 relatives who use sweeteners and they always carry them in their handbags when they are out and about, Molly is so cute lying under the table at your feet 🐶 thanks for this weeks waffle and have a great week 🙏🏻

Carla, loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee the Weekly Waffle!!!! So much fun and seeing Josh, Lexx, and the pups just adds to the fun!!!!!!!!! No sweeteners, what kind of place is Cheddars, that's crazy lol lol lol That's like here in the states going to a restaurant and them not having sweet tea or grits, preposterousssssssssssssssssssssssssssss lol lol lol I can tell Lexx is very upset about this, with good bloody reason I say lol lol Thanks so much for taking us along!!!!!!!!! So enjoy waiting your videos. I'm from the U.S. the system of Oregon. I'm also counting calories. My allowance a day is 1,200 calories. It's not always easy, but we need to be strong. Thanks for sharing.

Enjoyed muchly ❤️🥰 I used to use sweeteners, and carried a little tube of them in my bag, mostly to use at friends houses as I never had a problem with restaurants or cafes here in Wales not having sweeteners, like Lexx said, thnx Carla, looking forward to next vlog xx 😘

Always carry sweeteners but most places seem to have them. I don’t know about non milk substitutes as I drink milk so haven’t really noticed

When I used sweetener I carried them in my bag, I have now given up sugar and sweetener. My bugbear is pubs and restaurants that don’t sell sugar free drinks in bottles or cans. That syrup mix on draught is rank 🤢 mollie is just scrumptious 🥰

Great waffle, it was lovely to see you out and about having fun. It’s a shame it’s the last week of the half price meals, i had really got used to them at our local. Last Tuesday there were lots of free tables outside in the sunshine but they couldn’t serve us as they were too busy and hadn’t got enough staff!

In theory your both right. I’m a sweetener user and carry my own. However I do think establishments that serve hot and cold drinks supply extras and milk alternatives. Great waffle xx

yes I carry sweetener in my bag ash i like canderel and sometimes they give you sweet and low which is rank ! Good luck with your weigh in Carla , you made good choices eating out . I had a new start re diet this week and doing calorie counting like you ,my first weigh in is this coming monday . This is a long term way of eating for me so whatever I have lost even if its a pound is in the right direction and I didnt get over weight over night so why would I think I would loose it quickly , its a long process that takes time ,so if you ever have a weigh in where you think you should of lost more keep positive and keep going . Josh is a lovely young lad ! xxx

My mother has a handbag full of sweeteners wherever we go for a hot drink she always takes home any condiments left on the table,I’m sure there is a national condiments shortage atm as my mother has them all in her handbag!

Spot the ebay picture with Nick and Andrea mug shots at the back of the pub. Just to let you know the Gloucester Carboot and flea market are moving to Chepstow Racecourse soon (have look FB page)....it went to Coleford on Wednesdays and Ross on wye on Sundays but apparently will be at Chepstow. I'm so tempted to follow a similar plan as you Carla...I liked the way you broke up the calories, sounds doable....stomach pains and no gallbladder has got me off keto/carnivore diet. Loved 3 in a bed, fur baby looked in her element.

I use sweeteners in tea and I expect that any cafe or restaurant to provide sugar alternatives, however, I always carry some with me on the off chance they don't.

Did the doctor advise you to wear the stocking? The reason I ask is I have a swollen leg and wonder if it will help me?

I have only had a telephone consultation with the doctor, because of the virus situation, but yes, he mentioned it might help.

Hi Carla,I recently had mouth surgery.Im on a soft diet still.I have lost some weight but it has left my feet almost on the bone.I have skinny,boney feet normally.Now I can't sleep with the pain and burning in my feet.Anyone have any suggestions how I can stop this horrid pain.I live with chronic pain but this is mad stuff.Thank you in advance.💓💓💓💓💓💓 Hi to Lexx and Josh.💓💓💓💓

@@CarlaJenkins Hi Carla,thank you for reading and replying.I do need to see my GP.Im not well enough at the moment.I shall as soon as I can.It could just be my Fibromyalgia as it affects every part of my body.When morphine isn't giving any relief it's sheer hell.Have a good rest of your week.💓💓💓💓💓

@@jdnetwork-reselling Hi Josh,thank you.I have been down that road.First the oil then the capsule now the gums.They all work for a while.Very expensive.It was costing £240 per month.I went to the highest strength in the capsule until it no longer had any effect.The gums are ok for stress or panic attacks.Sometimes the pain is overwhelming so I have the gums to settle me. It's just a chronic mess.Thank you for taking the time to read and reply Josh.You are such a lovely young man.jane
