4:20 that outro is definitely one of the classiest outros I’ve heard, when the piano goes up the scale and back down so elegantly as Abels beautiful voice is fading out with those “yeahs” fucking masterpiece.

Im blown away by the passion and conviction of The Weeknd. One of the best current vocalists on the planet right now. I can hear the MJ influence but not enough to ruin his sound. I wish i could sing as well as he does.

Adam Johnson No way Michael Jackson had a series of vocal range he could even beat box and his voice was the beat for an entire song or part of the song at times and he was very good at singing live and having it sound like the record. The Weeknd while I love this song his live performances of it he puts way too much flare in fans want to hear the song as it was not a Michael Jackson impression of the song some of his body actions and his little voice inputs like 2:10 but he's missing the scratchy vocal roar MJ did during those parts, but clearly he's def a MJ fan and is inspired by him.

Not many artists can get out there and sing their songs live anymore. He sounds like the recorded version for the most part, so at least we know it's really him singing it without many effects.

to recall how i met this abel when he performed at my college in hamilton when he (and me) were 21 is incredible - i knew he would get big time but not to this extent so proud of him
To think he started out in a pot,then transfered to a neighborhood in Los Angeles to now performing all around the world this palm tree is truly inspiring
Weeknd is the best singer around. He knows his stuff. He knows about music and singing techniques. His hair is a trademark. I don't like it that much. But I'm more focused on his voice and delivery. I liked him before I even knew how he looked it! I love you cuz you Weeknd baby, you earned it!
He was good back then but looking at his live performances now, he's improved so much, if that is even possible. Would love to go to his concert one day
