There's nothing wrong with new fans not hearing this or not liking it. It's a shame yeah, because Trilogy is a masterpiece, like you said, but I think it's unnecessary to start the whole 'new fans vs. old fans' argument. Gets pretty tiring, no?

For anyone who wants to play this on guitar, here's how :) - Standard Tuning - Capo 6th Fret - - Chord Progression & Picking Pattern - Am, Em, Dm, F For each chord, pick: GBe (at the same time), then Bass Note [repeat x4 for each chord] This matches up perfectly with the piano! Repeat for the ENTIRE song! Hope this helps out! If you get stuck or need a little extra help, I just posted a video lesson for this on my channel :)
Piano is E flat minor with an inversion of the b flat being on top, d flat minor also with a inversion of a b flat on top, a minor chord, and b major chords for the right hand and the left hand it e for e flat note for the e flat major chord, b note for next chord, a for a minor then b for b major chord

You can hear the emotion and its almost like you hear his past. When I listen I hear the cars and voices he might have heard when he was homeless on the somber, depper songs. But in the happy ones, I hear his fans cheering his name and people congratulating him on his success. Abel's voice take me somewhere else.
