The Weeknd mesmo se assumiu um grande fã de Michael e se inspirar nele inclusive nos vocais. Ao mesmo tempo que ele se inspira...ele detem uma originilidade, Michael jackson teria orgulho desse garoto❤ Sinto as vibes de thriller.
As 3 eras recentes são cores da roupa de thriller, mas acho que ele não vai ressuscitar como uma boa pessoa e sim seguindo o “zombi” de MJ vibes total.
Essa música claramente fala da transição dele (do personagem do álbum) de uma pessoa sem fé e que ainda nega o espírito morrendo, logo após ter passado pelo purgatório no último álbum…mas que agora pede a uma figura Divina pra ser despertada e enfim encontrar a luz e a “chama” que tanto procura. O The Weeknd é foda! Um dos maiores da nossa geração (se não o maior). XO

Quando lançou after hours e dawn fm, eu estava tão maluca pelo the weeknd que eu decifrava e pesquisava tudo sobre as letras, além de pesquisar ainda mais sobre a vida dele. Amava entender o que os clipes significavam. Estou louca pra fazer isso com o album novo, apesar de já ter ideia do que poderá ter... alguém mais gosta de fazer isso?? haha, sempre fui meio neurótica com o Abel, amo os mundos que ele cria. Além disso, todo album sinto a energia do Michael Jackson em algum som, só que o Abel faz isso de forma tão original... fico espantada com essa originalidade. 1:47 Me arrepio toda vez quando essa parte toca. Incrível! Lembra muito o Michael, principalmente Thriller. Deu até saudade da minha época de xo. Estou pensando seriamente em voltar... haha Vídeo Incrível, parabéns!

I would have loved to see an Michael Jackson album with today technology and transitions, something like Dawn FM. And I am sure that Michael would think that it's pure genius.
@@wkafera the thing is. If we compare The Weeknd before and after his after hours album you could see something insteresting. The Weeknd was more creative than ever. Is it possible that Michael is still alive and it’s a part of his work?
@@loudsoundplayer For me, I prefer albums like After Hours, Dawn FM and this one who will be released. It's some genius stuff going on, personally music with synths and storytelling are the best of the best. But sadly no, Michael is dead but if you want to interpret that The Weeknd is a extection of Michael or something like that yes, even I agree with you. For me, The Weeknd is something that we didn't have with Michael. Musically, Abel is doing things in music that Michael never did and that's why it is so interesting :)
