I don’t know if it applies to RU-vid but whenever an actor smokes on tv or in a movie in India they say that “smoking is harmful to your health”, they have to do that. It may apply to most content in India. Even in an Indian tv show if a man is beating woman they have to put a disclaimer saying “it doesn’t reflect the actor or directors intention and is just used to create for dramatic effect”.

In India monetization of income on RU-vid is way low compared to America's youtubers where even if you get 10 millions views from India a person who got 2 million views in American makes more than them due to a country monetization policy on youtube where an India view is about 4 times lower than a view from America, moreover Indians cannot afford the same equipments like other develop countries since their incomes are 10 times lower than a average American wage, thats why some of their videos look bad
