There is also "The Ken Kaniff Show" by Aristotle the og voice of Ken from the SSLP and he invented the character but they had a falling out because em put the skit on there without his consent and he stole his character and used him from then on. The Ken Kaniff Show is a diss to Eminem and other shady staff, it also gives more personality to Ken as a character, You should check it out.
I once had this bootleg CD my mom bought me and it was an Eminem album but rapped by someone else. Can’t find it anywhere maybe it was local or so obscure I’ll never find it again.
Because of the strange copyright holding and uncleared samples on infinite, and the legal wackiness of the ssep already being a album with some cut joints, Buying bootlegs of the ssep and infinite actually is a pretty big legal grey zone, considering their are no official ways of listening to both projects in full without the nearly 30 year old analog devices and original digital discs, with no attempt at redistribution, it could be argued the copywritten material was abandoned and it is only preservation of art in a court of law. not a lawyer but thats my own opinion on the situation, but there was a case against bootlegging of infinite and apparently the dude got off scott free
17:44 They may have uploaded the Black Amerika tape first, but I think it got taken down. Tried searching up the video title. Nothing. Tried searching up the channel of the video. Nothing. Tried searching up the video title with quote marks on Google. Nothing.
Awesome video with some deep researching! Would love to see you do a video on King Mathers I feel like you could uncover something about it including songs like Keys to the City.
I remember that Black Amerika bootleg. I saw it back in late 2000s or so and decided not to download it because I wasn't interested in the content. Crazy to think that within my lifetime something that was so close and I passed on would end up becoming a partially-lost and sought out item.
Cool, now make part 2 and make it even more obsure, i found an album name "crazy" of deleted tracks, due to them being so offensive and being illigal, this album is so hard to find or talk about, good luck with this one
i think it's extremely obvious why that dude didnt give a second response, the fact an album cover like that would be nominated for a "southern entertainment award" shows not only a complete misunderstanding of eminem's music, but extremely nefarious intentions by the creator and nomination company.
@@Nauseoussplatter see i would 100% agree with you and would’ve made this point, but the guy who made that cover is a black dude so that kind of threw that out the window lol
Granted Im not a musician but idk why he didnt release encore as is. sure a few songs from it leaked but idk if that would have effected sales. especially in 04 where leaked songs probably wouldnt have been as well known.
I used to buy bootlegs like that (not the racist one) all the time back in the day before downloads/youtube existed. The Basement Tapes, Off The Wall, Straight From The Lab and The Beef LP are a few I can think of and one that was just a few songs with Royce.
King Mathers was pretty good, however I’m not sure if it would’ve been able to live up to the level of Eminem Show / Marshall Mathers LP / Recovery. I think that’s a little biased tho considering we’ve only heard the leaked version of a majority of those tracks, so we can never really know what the completely polished version of King Mathers would’ve been like.
Hello! Do you still have the Off The Wall album you brought from the lot? If yes, would you sell it or rip songs in flac? Or just first and sixth song (fy lab rat remix and tylenol island). Thank you so much in advance and for the content!
good news and bad news. good news is that i didn't throw out any of those bootleg tapes, so i def still own them. bad news is that i moved into my new house just 2 months ago and haven't unpacked every box yet. i will keep my eyes peeled for sure.
Hell nah, I bet you are only saying that cause Em did. I love Em and I don't even agree, I think Relapse is one of his best albums, top 5 or top 4 and Encore isn't even close
