About Escape from Tarkov
Escape from Tarkov is a hardcore and realistic online first-person action RPG with MMO features developed by Russian Saint-Petersburg-based game developer, Battlestate Games. I personally uninstalled the game, mainly because of the memory leak issues and my PC. But with cheaters now proven I’m probably not comin back, unless changes are made. What if they take it down for 6 months. FIX IT! Then release the game! “Escape from Beta”

@@colbythom223 he thought the video was pointless because he said most people already knew there were cheaters in every raid, (even though we didn’t) and he thought it’s going to promote more people to cheat. (Even though cheaters will cheat regardless). What he doesn’t understand is, the video has 400,000 views, and people like us, who don’t play 8 hours a day, and only can play 3-4 raids a night, if that, did not know there was this much cheating… we suspected but did not KNOW for sure. Imagine how many of us saw that video and said screw it, I’m not playing until they do something. Maybe if they see this big drop off of players they will actually address the situation. The video is overall positive to most people. And i don’t know if he took it down cause of other opinions , I was being sarcastic. But most people don’t agree with his take.

That video is a necessary evil, anyone to make a video like that now just for views would b in the wrong but goat did the deed to expose what we all already knew to be absolute fact. That cheating is rampant. If cheaters were already in 60% of raids 80% of raids for a little is not much difference. The goal here is that BSG will actually get a working fucj8ng anticheat so that this problem goes away. Silence about the issue anymore is complicit and goat did the community a service.

I quit EFT 3 weeks BEFORE the GOAT video dropped. The reason I quit was solely due to the rampant cheating problem. It was noticeable in a huge portion of days I played, especially when I had high value loot and gear on. If you care about competitive skill based gameplay, then EFT is pointless right now. If you’re just in it for the highs and lows emotionally, then have fun and keep playing. I can look past bugs and glitches, but a game that fails to address its cheating problem for multiple years is deeply flawed.
