Just enjoyed watching your video on WHW. I just completed on June 5th so you must have been a week or 2 behind as I had no real midge issues. I really wanted to do Ben Lomond but weather wasn't great and I couldn't get a pitch or room at Rowardennan youth hostel so maybe next year. Very brave to go topless into the loch, there's pike in there ya know 😮. You made me laugh boiling your stove at beinglas when there's a kettle right behind you...wildcamped at the exact same spot near invoraron hotel but it was a lot busier when I was there. Having done the WHW last 5 years.. It always rains on the last leg. Those DeWalt boots were on that post when I went by too. I highly recommend leukotape as blister prevention too. Congrats on Ben Nevis too, it was absolutely packed when I did it but looks pretty empty for you. Will you do it again? Great watching, feel free to check out my adventure
