Day 1 of cycle down the west highland way from Tyndrum to Kinlochleven, then onto Fort william in Day 2 for the next video
With our trusty Trek Rail 5 eMTBs this first leg 28 miles was a piece of cake, well except for the Devils staircase of course - about 28 miles total so take a second battery, almost 2x 500w used

Lord Rockinghams xi - hoots mon. lol . great vid guys ... nice to see the scenery rather than looking at a person talking to the camera and not showing the journey. most people want to show how they cook a meal on a camp stove lol . how many miles to a battery on the trail please 👏

Hoots mon!😃 (One of my wee old school mixes there) Thanks for the kudos, we do enjoy the show and and less tell approach to our videos, we are with you on that. Scenery is king. So battery wise its 28 miles total, we have 500w batteries and we changed them over at kingshouse, when they still had one bar left. Then used about half the next battery. So i reckon might be do able on a single 625w battery, if you dont weigh as much as me and are bit more conservative on the ups. Have you checked out part 2 of the video yet, scenery is not as good but amazing trail biking, and music to match lol Thanks for watching. Going to do the great glen way and other epic rides on videos coming soonish

@@glenpyper . i watched part 2 straight away. im thinking to do many of the trails around Scotland but got 2 dogs so only do about 20 miles a day . i have a home made kit ebike i use to carry luxury items for camping and dog food . im thinking if i only use it to power a sat nav . phone . pocket radio and walk up hill . i might be able to do many trails on 1 charge but wild camping as much as poss . cant wait to see more of your trails
