Crystal seems so cool, nice, and down to earth. Plus she is gorgeous as hell. I like her a lot!!

You guys have to do better with audio and video content, also this was EXTREMELY boring and short. It's like this is the dad's & trainers tv show since they do MOST of the talking and interaction with the camera. This should have been the first "episode" which started out as Bree's weight loss but she didn't even go to the gym which makes no sense. It's lacking a story line and purpose which made it pointless if there really trying to become famous. If you guys really expected to call this a "show" that got picked up by a popular network we would be getting an introduction of each girl along with more entertaining content. Sorry but not sorry they could of just started a fitness channel

India's outfit is too much. Yes india has a nice body but, There are little kids around, not to mention a grown ass man. Come on now. When she was doing pull ups I was very uncomfortable watching. She shouldn't dress half naked infront of a grown ass man, kids, and to whoever is recording this. Look at crystals outfit. Workout croptop and workout leggings. India's wearing a sports bra, a jersey she cut up and some shorts that's basically underware. Wtf.

My favorite would have to be Morgan and Crystal lol Crystal is such a sweetheart, upbeat, outgoing person. Morgan is a boss as she said lol I get this cool vibe off of her. I like India too but India always look angry, upset, and its just not attractive for her be doing that. here she actually looks more friendly but it still seems like she don't wanna be there. Not only that she does have a great body but why is she dressing like that in front of her daddy and his friend. I know your grown but man cover up little but still a pretty girl. All in all nice family

If these episodes actually gave insight into the personal lives of each individual it would not only be more interesting but also longer. maybe have one episode that introduces India's modeling shit, and issues with her ex. And then have other stuff regarding their sisters and the businesses they are trying to run. I know damn well much more stuff occurs in that household than this workout shit

I have a feeling their real life is WAY more exciting than this. but I guess they have to follow their script?

Everyone is getting upset and calling people "ungrateful" and "hateful". But let me put it this way, if you like/care/admire someone, you want to see them doing their best and you want to give them constructive criticism that will HELP them. Everyone who is leaving comments obviously wants them to do and be better and watch their show grow into what it really ought to be. With that being said, shows typically show time and this was all clearly shot on the same day. So chopping one day into a "season" of shows is kind of weird. Shows usually also have other stories and topics going on at one time which help give it depth -- is there only one videographer because that's what I'm sensing. I'm not sure where this show is going, but I really want it to be all it can be. I really do. If that means taking a hiatus and coming back with more, better quality material, then so be it.

I just feel this show is boring. I understand the concept of the fitness because India and crystal are fit but you don't even see their personalities. They are always looking away, acting shy or looking at there phones. Like many ppl will kill to have there own show with something more interesting and they looking at there phones on Instagram. Smh maybe that's all they are ment for is being pretty with makeup. Everybody don't have Beauty, brains and a nice persona. I'm team Morgan for now cause at least she seems cool.

It amazes me how people are calling India's outfit "inappropriate" when all she is showing is her stomach and legs? Those are not even private parts. What is inappropriate about the human body when everybody has one!? People just over sexualize the female body. A guy could have his shirt off and it'd be looked at has just fine even though woman find that sexy but if I girl shows her body it's wrong! There is nothing shameful about the human body and that's sad that society made people think there is. STFU! Stop worrying about other people's actions. i support and love them but please can we move on from the scripted fitness plot? It has ran its course and its getting old; we all know India started working out a long time ago, crystal played sports, brooke had just started working out before the show, and bree didn't even show up. I hope the next episode is at least worth watching and more than 15 minutes and the every other week is not a good schedule when the mindless behavior isn't even a show -_-

They really need to save this show, and QUICK. It obviously isn't going anywhere and people are unhappy and it's just all around bootleg. The audio isn't nice and clear, the production team has no clue in the world on how you're supposed to edit videos. All three of these episodes should have been done in one. It would have made more sense, would have been less confusing and it would have been longer. Also, the same " fitness " storyline is getting oldd.. I'm absolutely positive that there is more going on with them instead of getting fit. They may want to salvage their personal business and situations but if you have a reality show that actually entertains and hooks people sometimes that's what it may take. Not this fake stuff. This show is honestly so boring bofl like seriously. Also, it's ridiculous at how much social media takes over their lives. THAT'S something that their dad should work on. They wouldn't know how to put down their phones if it were to save their lives. That's not healthy at all. And India smh.. she seems a little narcissistic and I feel like she did all of that just to be seen and get attention. It was written all over her. From taking selfies at the gym, and what she actually had on. Leave it up to her to have to be the only one leaving her house half naked.

Geez. All this fighting is really un necessary. There is a nice way to say things. The show isn't boring it just needs to have more to it. We don't really get a "forreal" glimpse at the things that you guys really do on a daily basis which makes the show a little bit unbelievable and unrealistic because you're only opening us up to one part of your lives. Just expand. That's all. After you do that I'm pretty sure the show would be fantastic! :)

I feel like Lair television needs improvement because the show isn't that long, and they are inconsistant with the uploads. If they trying to have there own thing and want faithful fans and subscribers they need to be consistent. i know to upload a video thats 10 minutes takes mad long to finish but still. and i suppose india dresses like that for the attention. You don't go to the gym with makeup and being flashy when you know your gonna be sweating and getting nasty. I don't think them having a reality show is a blessing to us. Maybe to them because its another opportunity but I'm not gonna even hate or judge because i wouldn't mind mad followers and be sent free stuff. lol Hopefully the Channel and the show will improve.

If you all watched episode 3...Bree and India were in a family "spat". She left the house. I'm sad it's shorter but I love it. You don't always need to have a friend as a workout buddy you can have a family member. Always remember just because someone is thin doesn't mean they are better, healthier or exercise. If you noticed India was having a hard time and looked tired from the warmup at the park, Crystal was doing her thing but you can tell it's been awhile. Don't judge a book by its cover. I'm thin built and was very athletic like Crystal and yes College can take up a lot of time. I do exercise but not like I should.

Hopefully the topic of the episodes can change, so the audience won't get bored.. Seems like the past 3 episodes could of did better as ONE full 30min episode.

The show is great my fave are brooke crystal and morgan theyre always so happy and seem fun to be around. India in my opinion just looks like shes not feelin it. And bratty. People write long nice paragraphs on her instagram and she never says thank u or anything. Like your suppose to give her a compliment. And bree just be blockin folks for no reason. Lmao like she beyonce or something. Not hatin but she show itself is pretty good.

Im disappointed. If this show won't go longer then its gonna pointless. It should be at least 30 minutes not less than 10 minutes . show episodes last like half an hour so why can't theirs? And they need a new production company the audio isnt clear its a bit more noisy and stratchy then crisp clear audio. They also need to improve their movement it was all over the place smh

I like the show and all it's a cool to see their thoughts on fitness what I don't like is how the show has no depth it's getting old I thought the show was going to be a lil bit of theyre personal life like India's thoughts on career her break up and stuff sorta like the kardashins. this is stuff seems kinda fake and the person who started the whole workout thing isn't even there. Don't get me wrong I like the show it just needs a better topic maybe if the show had more depth to the things people care about then maybe the Length wouldn't matter
