These actors are doing a fantastic job bringing Lan, Egwene, and Nynaeve to life. The acting so far has been top notch across the board!

Lan is my favorite character... He speaks volumes by his shear presence. Henney is my fan pick for Lan from several years back. Went crazy when he was ACTUALLY picked for Lan. We could have a series all about Lan and I would love it. New Spring needs a series.

You can tell the actors really enjoy their characters. Each one talked upon something paramount to their character. Lan's power in silence, Nyneave's belief that anger can be necessary, and Egwene's ever burning passion. I don't think any of these actors reading the series are any near in the books where they can see how poignant their statements were. Zoe was right about the casting director nailing it. They probably deserve a raise. This also makes me feel comfortable with a cast change. I wish Barney finds water and shade.

Well, Daniel's understanding of Lan's character completely removes my irritation that he doesn't look like Lan. This is Lan now. Madeleine and Zoe are, as they have been consistently, absolutely perfect as Egwene and Nynaeve. So much awesome in this interview. Great questions, innkeeper.

I am proud to be a part of the Wheel of Time fan base!! I never read the books, but now I'm seriously considering it. I have a year (or so) as I have to wait for the next season anyway! I have been learning that there are changes that have been made for the show, but that happens whenever books are translated to film. The actors are very convincing and I love that they are doing almost all (or all?) of the physical scenes instead of using stunt performers.

Egwene is one of my favorite characters. I think she became a woman during her training with the Aiel in that she really stepped into her own power away from Nineve(sp).

I noticed it in her other interview with you, but Zoe has this habit of looking down and to her right when she's answering a question. I dunno if it's nerves or eye contact avoidance or something else but it's quite cute.

Probably because it a whole team of people and there are different directors and production staff every episode so finding the exact person who happened to make the decision about a specific line in the show would be highly unlikely and most likely a waste of time.

Nyneave is 5ish years older so whenever anyone calls the others kids, it’s always jarring for me. I’m 65. They are all kids. I think we can see Nyneave has maturing to do. 20 years with Lan and Moraine on this mission gives them the status of “adults.” So Min looks like an adult too. I hope they don’t do Rand’s full love life. People will not like him to move away from Egwene now. You know they won’t. But that sure looked like Min’s baby. Egwene looks 16 in the show. To me. 40 as old? Sheesh.

She has missed Nyneave though. Nyneave ALWAYS CARES what other’s people think. That’s why she is so rebellious and defensive and gruff. Hope you realize that soon.
