This looks like a very Cancer deck, watery, melancholic and warm bathed in a eternal golden light, and, as a fellow Cancer baby, I have no choice but to stan Even the Knight of Wands, a card I usually don't care about in any deck, especially a RWS based deck, is gorgeous. Same with the Page of Cups. Also it reminds me of my first ever Tarot deck, but better executed, artistically speaking. The King of Pentacles is a little plain for my taste but since it brings back memories of the 4 of P in RWS I also like it very much. The backs! I can't even tell how many backs are a deal breaker for me but this are so pretty, and as an extra the Volpecula card is also adorable. And, have I mentioned how much I like tins for storage? whether it's cookies, treads or papers. seriously, the amount of bad food (moldy cardboard, I assume, probably tastes better) I've bought just because it came in a pretty, decently sized tin is laughable!

I love this deck so much and it has actually been on my wishlist for a while! 😍😍😍😍 My favorite cards are the high priestess, strength, and the 8 of pentacles. The high priestess because I love the depiction of her in this deck. It's different from what we traditionally see and I just that about the card. The strength card is my favorite because she used a tiger instead of a lion. I love when creators use a different animal in the strength card. I also find it very sweet by the character kissing the tiger's temple. Lastly, the 8 of pentacles is always my favorite card because of the message it embodies that I connect with so much. But I also just love seeing how different creators depict the 8 of pentacles. ❤️

I see the 5 of pentacles as someone who has everything they could want materially speaking, but thier possession & wealth cannot fill the void the feel inside ( lack of meaningful relationships, disconnect from the soul, passion for life).

this deck has such an empowering vibe, definitely awakens something in me, the colors are so gorgerous too. i loved a lot of cards in this deck, but my favorites are probably Five of Cups, Knight of Cups and Queen of Cups. thank you for your in depth walkthrough, loved hearing your thoughts, Lisa! 💙✨

I have a number of them that I like, but the ones that stood out for me were the Chariot, Strength & the 8 of Wands.....mainly because of the energy that seemed to flow from those cards & I really liked how they were portrayed. Great review, btw!!🤘❤

I really like the Hierophant (usually a tough card for me, especially visually when it's more Pope-y), the Page of Swords (usually my card, and I love the way she is portrayed in this deck), and the queen of swords(another card that tends to be my card and I really like her posture in this one). I like the pretty graphic novel/manga style of the cards. Aesthetically, it's an art style I like and don't have a deck that has quite the same vibe as it. I would be interested in reading through the guidebook to get a feel for the world of the deck, because it seems to that it's meant to be a more matriarchal world, especially with the replacement of some of the more traditionally men depictions with women and the casual nudity and sensuality of women bodies. To me, it doesn't feel male gaze-y, but more like sensuality and sexuality is part of the power that women have and that's not something that's exploited or condemned because the women are the ones in power. Just the first impression I got though.

I wouldn't have considered this deck before due to my very high expectations regarding bodily representations in tarot decks (size, dis/ability representations didn't impress me). However, walking through it with you totally convinced me. As a daughter of Hekate, there are many symbols in it that speak to me A LOT! What a surprise (besides your lovely surprise :-))!

Omsgh I do love this deck - I didn't want to get it because so often I go for decks because of the art and then feel like I have too many decks 😆 but this deck just gives me goosebumps. I adore the Queen of swords and I love the erotic quality of the HP I also think the 5 of cups and the 5 of pentacles are so incredibly beautiful - they are really moving cards - normally cards I wouldn't name as being faves obviously having more difficult meanings but they are just soooo stunning! The backs are stunning as well. I think I need this deck and I love the oracle as well! Amazing! Thanks so much for sharing Lisa 💓 Xx

This is gorgeous 😍 I loved the high priestess she’s like nothing i’ve ever seen, the seven of swords it’s also soo interesting, that expression geez, and the knight of pentacles, the bull it’s so cute. Also love Aquarius in the little oracle deck, I literally screamed when I saw it, I’m pretty sure it’s Ganymede and his story it’s one of my favourite myths. I feel really drawn to the warmth and quirkiness of this deck, especially the Chariot stand out as a card that I have never seen like this before, as well as the eight of Wands with the lack of direction, that is in the meaning of the card but here very clearly depicted. And lastly I love the take on the three of Swords that this deck makes.

I love the colors in this deck. My favorite cards are The Star, 3 of Cups, and the Sun. The Sun reminds me of this book, The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms by NK Jemisin. In it, there’s a child god named Sieh who collects planets like marbles, and he’s always playing with a sun like a ball. So when I see that person essentially bouncing the sun, I can’t help but think of Sieh.

I love the Six of Swords, something about The Devil is really intriguing, and The Hanged Man just makes me happy to look at him. This deck is s pretty and reminds me of when I was in high school and dreamed f becoming a graphic illustrator.

My top three cards initially are the magician, the five of cups and the seven of swords. But there are several cards that are incredibly special. I adore the fact that it had a matching Oracle deck. That is so lovely. The cards esthetically look fantastic on the spread cloth. What a wonderful treat!

I like that the chariot is moving over water too and have never seen that before. It also looks like the chariot is a giant pool floatie. LOL! I also dig the sun card because she looks like he's dribbling the sun like a basketball. Also the snakes throughout the deck is really cool. It's interesting to see where the snakes are placed in each card. The 9 of wands looks like she's walking through water too witch I find really interesting and cool.

Side note. I'm a sucker for all decks with gilded edges. Watching you shuffle that reminded me kind of how it is to shuffle Shadowscapes. It's harder riffle shuffle but oh those edges are so so so purty!

My favorites are the 5 of Wands, the Page of Cups, & the 9 of Pentacles! This deck definitely isn’t as immediate as others in the RWSmith universe, but I think the way it plays with the expected and adds it’s own spin and style could be really helpful for growth as a reader. This is such a lovely deck! I really like the artist’s work and was already following them on Instagram. I would say that my favorite cards, though it’s card to choose, would be The Lovers and the Two of Cups since neither of them scream exclusively romantic and I prefer those cards to be like that. Then I also really like the Knight of Wands. Camels actually do make me think of speed in a desert setting due to all the times I watched The Mummy growing up.

I like the fool in this deck cus both living creatures are shown to go against our instinct and take a leap of faith into something fruitful and perhaps mutually beneficial. A human should be rightfully scared of a pack of wolves as should wolves be fearful of humans but in this card you see both in harmony with each other trusting the benefits of coexisting with each other regardless of the potential danger

The Lovers, Strength, and Wheel of Fortune. I think this deck is what I wish the Tarot of the Divine would be for me, if that makes sense. I love the colours of this deck. I also have a Three of Pentacles that's similar to the one in this deck, and I take it to mean that I don't have to do everything myself. I can rely on other people to help me out.

And then totally agree with you about Liminal 11’s decks being of indie quality, and it’s SO amazing at their prices! That they’re able to pull off such quality and decks with such personality really makes me look at the usual big publishers with a lot of side eye 😆 thanks for this walkthrough!
