Was very kindly trusted to test the brand new ‪@AtlasLensCo‬ 18mm Orion series lens the widest anamorphic lens in the world. Would have loved to have had more time with the amazing lens. But enjoyed shooting what I did in the time frame that I had.
The 18mm Orion Series is the world’s widest production anamorphic lens - setting a new standard in ultra wide angle perspective for cinematic immersion. This lens offers incredible close focus with an unprecedented wide angle field of view.

I was shooting a series on a set of Panavision Primo T series Anamorphics which also includes the 14mm 😅 got some interesting closeups and establishers. Not to disparage your claims though good looking video mate👌

@@FilmTyler mate I just checked the camera reports,they weren’t t series but a mix of Primo,G,T flare for the 14mm and a single 90mm macro If you’re interested I can send you a copy of it and the series I used these on😉 this was nearly 5 years ago hence my mixup

Yep! If it were a spherical lens it would be a 9mm. Extremely wide. I f**king love it!!!

Yeah man I feel you. You are capturing so much in every shots. Deffo worth using with a Gimble or on sticks most of the time or intentional handheld with a choreographed movement. Just wanted to test this out with my style of shooting. Thanks for watching!
