Since these two never really hid their affair I can’t say that that’s what made it exciting for them. I think for the girl after being cheated by someone she actually loved it was more about her low self esteem and wanting to prove to herself that she could take a man from someone else, and not just be the door mat. For the husband it was a tale as old as time. Bored of the wife, meets a younger woman who actually seems interested in him, gets approval from his cheating douche of a friend,and sets out to ruin a woman who truly loved him. In the end the young lover gets bored with the drama a married man brings to the table and the cheating scum is left to wonder if she ever really cared at all. Meanwhile the wife either moves on from the moron or stupidly takes him back till the next young thing comes along before he’s too dam old to do anything about it.

This guy is an absolute creep, and he is trying to gaslight his wife. He keeps insisting that the other girl has nothing to do with their divorce, which is absolutely baloney. As is his reasons for asking if they can make things work because if the other girl wasn’t pulling away from him, there would be no way in heck he would be contemplating going back. She’s nothing more than a safety net. And if the other girl had nothing to do with the problems in their relationship, why didn’t try and work on what the problems were instead of running away and jumping into the bed of someone else? And then when he comes back, he acts like he’s doing her a huge favor. That line about waiting for her answer on reconciliation but “not too long” made me 🤮. Then when she says it’s not possible, he immediately goes to girl number 2 and says the exact same line of “do you think it can work between us.” He even recycles his sincerity. Nasty.

If the wife takes him back she should at least make him jump through hoops, prove himself, and explain why all of a sudden he wants to be with her since he said he didn’t love her any more. For me I would want to throw up every time he tried to touch, kisd, or be intimate with me just thinking of him touching and sexing another woman in my face and in front of my peers … and of how that tart came to my job and caused me trouble while my husband was telling his colleagues in a meeting about how our relationship was over because I chose a career. So he had to be with a barely out of high school (and diapers). Yes, divorce him and let the next woman deal with his crisis.

This has got to be the WORST plot of a drama! The writers must have been homewreckers and want to put a halo over their immoral and WRONG behavior. Why these women would risk everything for this foul man is beyond me. Look at him. I want to vomit when I see him on screen...no qualities...looks like an egg farmer to me.
