Well, it's hard for him to see how decent she is. She is soo much better then him, she even did gave their relation a chance, but couldnt stop herself from being disgusted every time he tried to touch her. After finding out another lie, that he didnt had an one-night-stand with his young student but a full relationship, she was relieved. Finally she can get rid of him without him bothering her again.

There is no reason, aka excuse, good enough to explain the behavior. Whether drama or real life when vacating if caught there will be consequences. For x amount of time married the cheater throws it all away potentially for a few moments of sex and then is surprised the spouse is upset and hurt and potentially unforgiving...why surprised.

It's a drama, not real life. Do you have a problem distinguishing a play from reality? It's his job as an actor and he doesn't always play a cheater. The last drama I watched his character was loyal and true to a dead girlfriend.
