Now that it's been a little over a year since the fruit salad wiggles first came , I would like to addresses some concerns regarding the band. First of all, I think Thesay is doing a phenomenal job and I wish her so much. Lachy and Simon are fine , not better but I wouldn't say worse. Anthony is ......... Now the more negative comments. I have a lot of concerns regarding the other wiggles, primarily the women. Kelly has received the "Sam moran " treatment, her time was so short and she was overshadowed by the other cast members despite being so entertaining on her own. The other female wiggles bother me because despite being here to balance the group, they are just glorified backup dancer's. Each one has the same personality, ballerina or some type of dancer. A good example would be the new version of skeleton scat.

And then there's John...... John is nothing more than eye candy for moms to fantasies about while ironically being a staple of masculinity they claim to disagree with, example in the song big strong John the girls are showen to struggle lifting weights while John walks in and lifts it no problem. And yes the male wiggles struggle with it too, the fact they showed the girl's struggling first seems like a contradiction to the messages of gender equality they seemingly preach . Speaking of gender, why did they introduce 3 non binary characters only to shove them in the background, even more so than henry has been and that's saying something. Final point, while I enjoy the og wiggles reunion, it's nothing more than baiting older fans so they will promote the fruit salad wiggles. In conclusion, the group has made a lot of bad decisions but I hope things will get better. Good luck and keep on wiggling.
