Most of our suffering is really the result of our unwillingness to suffer. Rather than demonize suffering, understand its place as inspiration for the soul to be of service. We are often in resistance to suffering, battling ourselves because we don't like discomfort, pain, fear and uncertainty. Instead, full-heartedly embrace suffering to the point where the fear of suffering actually diminishes.
Remember, we felt the calling to incarnate here, even with all the risks of limitation and forgetfulness involved. So, take the reins of this incarnation and live it according to the intention that gave birth to it - the intention of love, courage and service.
