Didn't episode 1 just come out? Unreal, what a season. A big thank you to all the competitors on the season, without them providing incredible entertainment, the show wouldn't be what it is! And course an even bigger thank you to all of you, the viewers. Your support, reactions and feedback throughout the season have been amazing to watch and read. Every year I always think I'll be done, but every year I realize there's just no point in stopping! You guys seriously just motivate me to keep going. Settled truly is the king of OSRS right now. His video of getting the 0-damage nightmare mode fire cape comes out and within the same week the video of him winning Gielinor Games drops. Absolute legend. I was rooting for him from episode 1. Also C Engineer tying for first in the last round and winning Settled the entire competition was insane.

Holy! What a season and what a finale. Soup you've absolutely outdone yourself this time. Been routing for Settled to win this entire season, and from his alliance with SoloMission, to Solo being taken out by the giant slayer, Boaty, and then Settled enacting his vengeance and getting revenge for his friend and mentor, SoloMission, by taking out Boaty in a banning. Settled won so many challenges, 3 (?) bannings, and of course, our hearts this season, and he couldn't deserve the win more. I really thought Faux won, after he said he had 25 points and then he got 2 more, and it was between 26 and 27 points, I had resigned the idea that Settled may have just missed, but i cheered so loudly when I saw he won. What a season. Absolutely some of the best OSRS content EVER MADE!!!!

I've never donated before on RU-vid, but I just couldn't resist after this Amazing Series! I truly don't understand how this Series has had me more stressed than ANYTHING else I've watched, but it just has. Every Episode I was on the edge of my seat Sweating! So it brings me to this. Thank You, and GG's to all participants, for taking time out of your days to put on such an Amazing show for us, and finally Rest in Peace to your Mother Soup. She would've been proud that you could achieve such a SPECTACLE.

I don't think winning GG has ever meant someone is the "best" player in OSRS, but god damn if Settled didn't make a case for it this season. Congrats on the win and thanks for making S4 an absolute joy to watch.

I know both this and Settled's no damage fire cape were filmed a while ago; but the fact that both things aired the same week is disgustingly legendary.

Settled's Morytania locked series was my re-exposure to OSRS after having not seen anything about it in over a decade and a half. Watching him grow through that series even made me have a desire to pick up OSRS again. I eventually started watching other CC's for OSRS but Settled will always be that incredibly special CC to me because he's the one who brought me back to enjoying OSRS. I was rooting for him since the first episode and seeing him win Gielinor Games is an absolutely amazing moment and I'm glad to have witnessed it. Way to go, Settled. Keep it up!

@settled Rooted for you from the beginning. Tears in my eyes truly, helped me get back to runescape after not enjoying rs3 for almost 5 years. Got inspired by your Morytania series to start OSRS as an HCIM and was loving the game again Was welcomed by a great clan were I do daily voice chats with. Made alot of friends, lost someone throughout the years around the lockdown, so RS was my big escape. So thanks for all that and realy happy you won!

The most surprising part of this is that Swamp Man with even with his two biggest throws of the episode being when the swamp was involved, with the trivia question and money making. I think it's time to officially say that Settled has outgrown Master of the Swamp and into Master of Runescape.

I did not expect the final cape of skulls to actually be J1mmy in disguise and for him to assassinate Soup at the end to steal the win! Amazing cinematography, tension, and plot twists right up till the very end!

Props to Soup for putting together the best Runescape game show imaginable. Each episode was such a thrill. The contestants gave it their all and were spectacular, you can tell this thing means a lot to them.

Settled winning is so deserved. He was on fire in almost every challenge. Probably the most dominant overall performance in GG so far. Awesome season once again, and huge props to Soup for all the effort put into the videos. It actually feels like watching a TV show.

I've recommended this series to multiple friends that don't even play RuneScape and they have absolutely loved it. This season had me on edge every episode, cheering out loud at moments. Fantastic work Soup and everyone involved in production, we thank you for providing a great experience for all to enjoy! Can't wait to see what you have in store for next time.

Four years ago, I found Settled around 5 episodes before the end of Swampletics, and continued watching him on McTile, all the while knowing that this was a game I really enjoyed as a kid, it was one I hadn't revisted in over a decade in any capacity. About halfway through McTile, I started playing again -- and kept watching him upload, but to say I was casually approaching the game would be an understatement. Through my viewings of his videos, my recommended brough me to CEngineer, SoloMission, Framed, and eventually - Soup! As I consumed more OSRS content on youtube, my interest and enjoyment of the game rose in lock-step. Now, a lot of my recommended is OSRS, and it's not uncommon for me to have the wiki on my second monitor (even when not playing the game-like now, as I write this comment.) I'm working on my quest cape and am down to my final six quests. I absolutely loved this season, and the seasons before it -- and while I know this is your channel and not everyone elses -- The community has made me love the game so much more -- and I feel that is a fairly novel thing not only when it comes to communities based around MMOs specifically, but gaming communities as a whole. Thank you for making the series. and thank you all for making this strange old game that I fondly remembered playing in my web browser as a child, such a wonderful and treasured thing for me to keep coming back to time after time. Congrats to all the finalists!

SOUP! Such an unbelievably riveting series. You and your team put this together so well, it seriously had me waiting for the next release. Children, work and other engagements have kept me away from the game for many years, but it is very refreshing to see so many people passionate about it and its future. It would not be possible without creators like you and the competitors this season. Massive GG to the man, the myth, the legend Settled. Definitely my personal favorite creator and this victory was not only well deserved, but beyond earned. Can’t wait for GG5. Until then.

SETTLED!!!! MY GOAT!!! Gielinor Games Season 4 has been the season of Settled from start to finish. Huge congrats, what a phenomenal season!!

The king is OSRS takes his crown! What an incredible season. Keep this going Soup… you legend!

Each finalist has a great narrative attached: - Roidie: The sleeper. Basically everyone on the cast, including Roidie himself, seems blind to what a beast he's been this whole season. He is essentially the secret final boss for everyone else, but a win would be well deserved if they're all busy stabbing each other. - Faux: The comeback. Coming in off of a sabotage + banning, explicitly targeting the most dominant player this season. 'Nuff said. - Settled: The redemption. After a disappointing finale last season, he's come back at the top of his game and everyone else's. Too much of a fun dude to really be a "villain", every move he's made so far has been about getting a *chance* to prove that last season was the fluke. - Framed: The fatal flaw. Like Roidie, Framed has been a bit of a sleeper the whole season, content to sit a bit in Settled's shadow - but he's got the same drive to redeem that Settled himself does. If he wins, it'll be because Settled didn't see just how strong his friend had become. - C Eng: The upset. Went out by episode 6 in every prior season, the other players and the audience all see him as the weakest player in the finale. If he wins, he proves them all wrong.

Holy crap, hearing Linkin Park while watching a Runescape video just made me so happy I teared up a little. ALL THE MEMORIES OF CHILDHOOD ARE COMING BACK. I love that you got the permission to use these songs!

Great job to you all and great season! The production level is so high! The amount of work for all these unique challenges is so amazing, can't wait for what more to come. I do have some ideas and feedback for S5. It would be great to have all episodes more connected to each other. Maybe a player score from all challenges that goes through the whole season. So if you do bad in "today's" challenge, it could bite you in next episode. Overall just tie how the players are doing it more together in the whole season, not just episode by episode. The ones who goes to banning could be like the one who get last on "today's" challenge and/or overall score? The winners should still have some power though, but maybe not to send someone directly in but still have impact on the game. Also, maybe a group season? Where the teams choose who to do challenges based on their skills. Good to keep the new "less" experienced players in GG longer. Would also be cool to see all players return to the finals for a challenge or two. Not to compete but to screw/help the finalists. A vote for points is one thing, but also in a pvp challenge, where players who are already eliminated could screw up or help the ones they root for. But in the end, I had tears in my eyes in the ending of this episode. GG is amazing, no other OSRS content can compete with this, so good content, epic, well made, funny. Not enough words to describe. Can't wait for S5, don't rush take your time ;D GG!
