Living in Canada it's next to impossible to find Last Chance Kitchen episodes. Get it together and put them up in sequence on youtube please.

Not one of my favorite seasons, particularly with how some of them were Jerks, especially Kelsey & Sara, with how they treated Brother

Isn't that pork a little on the rare side? I thought pork has parasites.

The parasite that causes trichinosis is killed at 137 degrees. Pork is definitely pink at that temperature. Nini's pork looked around 140-145 mid rare to my eye. You likely will be fine eating pork even more rare since trichinosis is pretty rare these days due to changes in farming practices such as no longer feeding pigs the garbage they used to.
