This is a very cold episode. The Winter Steve's was the bad guys and not the Giants and Colle freed Dread Steve without even knowing him. Well at least this will be kinda like Rainbow Quest with the Darkness problem.

Also he has apparently been locked away in a tomb before? I find that to be really cool

Well then. I think i can call my theory correct :D. i didn't talk about it after i thought about it on the discord but I had a theory that the Dread Steve's soul was looking for a new like host and corrupted first the giant. Then the winter leader. Just to put it shortly :)

To be honest,I expected this to happen. That they can't save the Leader. But it's still really sad for me. We just saw almost all of the forest Steves die and now,we're gonna lose the Winter Leader too. So,the Giants are nice. This fact change my point of view. I seriously thought,that they were the bad guys. While the Winter Steves were wrong. (I still like them though.) I'm scared,how will the Giants and Winter Steve react to the thing,Colle is about to tell them. I hope,it won't end up like,when in RQ everyone left Sabre behind, because he was corrupted by the darkness. (And of course,when the Leaders banished him, because he used the darkness.)

Edit: Spoilers down below for those who haven't watched the full thing yet I find it interesting how we first thought the Giants were the bad ones, and now we're figuring out that it's the Winter Steves who've really been awful towards the Giants this whole time. They attacked the Giants first, they stole the Heart of Winter... Wonder how that relationship is going to ever be fixed.
