I recognize that tune. It was used in a little rascals episode. Stimey was being chased all over the pier by the truant officer.

If any more of The Witch's Tales are available, I hope they will ne uploaded here soon. It's a lost classic, for certain.

There's a special spooky factor to radio, thanks for sharing this! There no real mental "scare" factor in movies like there is in books, and listening to these recordings evokes the creepiness you can imagine in less technological times where your brain contributed to your entertainment! 😊
