@@MasonicKryptonite yep.as a` german i heard it of course in my mother language and it's also my favourite.honestly - who wouldn't like to hear a ballad about themselves, performed with a beautiful voice according to all the rules of poetry?even though it's a rather sad and very personal song about the white wolf it is way better than that of the bards of skyrim about the dragon born..I'm also glad I found priscilla's tormentor and let him taste some of the superior vampire oil,the dark blood and finalyl the silver sword.he should have died like all his victims but much more slowly and much more painfully but therefore he would have the special power of the ghost rider and then let the damn vampire feel the pain of his victims.that would have been a deserved end for this monster.and for almost taking priscillas voice geralt should have forced him to drink a cup of water mixed with silverdust 👹☠

Haha, my biggest criticism for The W3! :D It really ruined other games! But there are many out there, are they better? For sure different. Still, there is no way I'm gonna go to a f*ng dungeon for some damn skeleton king's magic staff anymore :P It finally felt like being treated seriously by CDPR instead of insulting, generic skyrim style spam.

Maybe not the standing by and watching as much as others due to loss of democracy, but even that dude takes care of skellig). In blood and wine, ive had both the sisters die and both survive. Was never a fan of the limited skill/spell use and class design in your character. It felt too limited and the whole two swords thing felt odd even since Witcher 1. I know the purpose but it's still a gimmick to make it seem unique when it was done in two other games in the 90s. Story is fine in a game, but I much prefer class design and class complexity/buildout used to manipulate and tackle the environment and the world around you within the game. I will say though, the saving grace is the music and world building/development. But I guess this is the issue with games that are also on console, it caters to a style of game often found on consoles that has repeated since the days I played NES in '88. Simple playthroughs within a linear character design. Console adventure games were often rife with it through the 90s, 00's and to now. Give me Witcher with the ability to create an archer with a unique and complex skill set, or an evocation mage, or a specialist mage with the ability of NPC manipulation/charm, CC, debuffs, buffs etc., like an Everquest Enchanter. A plate heavy tank or an avoidance tank, an assassin, or a healer. Maybe even a martial combat expert. Necromancy, golemancy, etc. Druidic or Shamanistic magic. The list can go on. Allow your character to pull from this in building out your character with clear limitations on combinations with the ability to modify spells, abilities or combat moves into more advanced choices by choosing a selection and even further (abilities -- of which there should be hundreds -- would each branch out in specialization like a tree). This ultimately gives thousands of unique spells or abilities and with near limitless replaying sessions of value to see how a new build can effect the world around him. Unfortunately it's closer to GTA4-5/RDR2 than an actual RPG in the sense of the genre as it has existed for the last 50+ years.

despite the disease and the famine of the old ancient times, I still sometimes crave to go back in time. To live the simple life out in nature working on the farm hunting animals. To watch the dancing embers of the village fire, to hear ancient tales passed Down by elders from generation to generation. The cold crisp air in the morning and the whistling of trees as company. The eery darkness and isolation that would ignite the mind and lead to ancient tales of monsters and phantoms. So when lockdown started my manager at work at the time gave me a shot of the game. I played it and got stuck early on because I didn’t do any side quests and wasn’t levelled up enough to proceed. I thought I’d give the game another shot and bought it for myself and started again. Little did I know it was going to take over my life. Around 200 hours spent. One of the most immersive games I’ve ever played. The script, character depth, soundtrack, gameplay - all incredible. I don’t know how I missed this game. But now that I’ve completed it, there’s this emptiness. Nothing else I play compares to W3. The DLC was incredible and allowed me to carry on in the world for a while longer. What I wouldn’t give to play this game for the first time again. A true masterpiece. If anyone knows anything else that compares to this please let me know :(

To come into the gaming community with this game as my introduction into the world of gaming; Im not sure if i'm ever going be able to play another game. I cant imagine anything being able to compare to this masterpiece. I cant decide which i'm more captured by; the game or the soundtrack! I'm glad I don't have to choose ! I am so captivated! Its almost 7 years, boys.... Fucking hell, i remember when i watched trailers of demo version and was amazed how great this game looked, nothing was prettier at this moment in videogame industry. Never was a fan of The Witcher, Tried The Witcher 2 a couple of times but couldn't finish it. Third part of this INCREDIBLE saga got me really excited and I...I just fell in love with it forever. 4 or 5 times i finished this game with all dlc's. This game reminds me of a better days of my life. It was 2015 - 2016 when i was still at school, had a lot of friends and hopes for the future, my mom was still with me, unfortunately she passed away in 2017 when i was 16 y.o. and just to survive the depression i played videogames all the time that i had. The Witcher 3 was, is and will be my favourite game of all time. Absolutely stunning experience for every gamer, highly recommend this game. My life peaked when I first experienced Skellige with that song😂 What I needed on a cold November evening after spending a long day outdoors in the cold

Like most people I have played an absurd amount of hours of this masterpiece. Sadly I haven't played it for almost 3 years now because my gaming laptop broke down. I miss it, terribly. I'll never forget the moment I set foot in Skellige for the first time till the end of my days.

When I hear this music I really feel that cold wind of Ard Skellig like I'm there.

This song makes me think of Home. Played Witcher 3 GOTY edition, I saw Skellige and all those question marks. I had to get em all. Spent hours in Skellige. It's forever ingrained in me.

You can really tell when a game is made with passion and heart blood. So much thought went even into the smallest of details and that is why it is the success that it is.

I must've stayed on the shore for half an hour when Garalt arrived. This song was GREATNESS. It embodies just how beautiful the scenery of the island. The game is probably one of the best I've played or ever will play. A true MASTERPIECE.

While playing it the first time I was absolutely enjoying the game in an exciting way but now that I looked back I remember it like a chilling gorgeous experience. It's pretty nostalgic.
