The Witcher: Old World - Our Tribute to Backers 

When I play I feel like a Witcher and have fun doing so. Mission accomplished!

For such a massive undertaking (this game is huge) y’all did a great job! There are definitely some things that slipped through the cracks, but on the whole, I think I speak for most when I say the game has been a blast to dive into and satisfying to have on the table. Thank you for your continued support for community questions and rule clarifications for official FAQs and community made rule book supplements.

Fantastic and fun game.. Excellent job maintaining such a tight conncection to the original content. It shows how much all of you cared during the development of this game. I backed the game and all the add ons. Well worth my expenditure. Everything is about this game is high quality. Looking forward to further expansions in the future.

From a UK perspective this is a prime example of why it is simply not worth funding big Kickstarters - you drop as significant amount of money for a product for which you have to wait years, and in exchange you get a few limited edition knick-knacks and see it go to retail before you get your copy - but WE FUNDED YOUR PROJECT! I get that some creative projects need community investors because they can't guarantee to raise investment commercially, but I've reached the point where I don't want to be one of them. For a project on this scale, do the commercial work, raise the money, and take it straight to retail. Or, frankly, don't offer it to UK backers, as post-Brexit logistics mean that you can't offer a reasonable service to people who don't deserve to suffer.

Hope I'll get my copy soon. I'm very excited to play it!

Our group is having a blast with this game. I do hope you take the feedback from the community over an additional year of "play-testing" and then streamline the game with the expansions. Plenty of discussions on the BGG forum about this (e.g. Legendary Hunt Monsters too easy). Perhaps a second edition or revised rulebook with official variants. It's a great game but currently feels a little "half-baked."

Fantastic concept and execution guys, this is a top tier, faithful and fun Witcher experience. Keep it up!

First of all huge respect for creating and coordinating this huge project and for that congratulations!. As a german backer who also ordered the german version I have to say I'm disappointed how you handled (and still handling) the communication with translated versions besides polish and english. I know translation costs time but the criticism does not refer to the roadmap of the release rather than the handling with informations. That backers the still unknown definite timeframe when it's gonna be released and just MAYBE between September or October. Covid was a huge factor in the delay and I respect the effort you put into the project but the key point of the critic are still there that informations for translated versions aren't that frequently or precise as they should be for a game you easily spend more than 100€ for.

I ask politely The latest update on the 2nd wave There is no Thai language in the list. I pre-ordered through Mr. dexker, a Taiwanese company. Therefore making Thai language another dexker's local language again or not, please inform Can I say Thai language? Which part was produced? Because there hasn't been any updates for a while in Thailand. Please answer my questions. I've been patiently waiting for a long time. while watching the 1st wave and the second wave was announced which does not have Thai language making it even more anxious and unpredictable This is the feeling of many people. including me Thanks in advance for the answer. That's very nice, where are the boxes for the UK first wave backers, zero updates, zero transparency, but hey let's rub your noses in it by making sure retail customers get Thier games before the people you are "thanking" great you had time to do a video, do a shipping update instead!!!!😡😡😡

It is a pity that there is no information that the game was created thanks to the fans (ks, zagramwto) (they could be included in the instructions for ks components..) the product is ready for retail sale.....

Can you publish videos of gameplay for base game and others for the most rule changing expansions? The videos you have are for the prototype so I imagine roles must have changed quite a bit. There's so many details I don't feel I got all the rules

I really hate that you are currently celebrating that you have done it when it is not true. First wave is far from fulfilled, many backers are still waiting for their parcel tracking info. And the lifting embargo to officially open selling games in stores is middle finger to your supporters faces since you assured us during the campaign that retail will open after all the backers have their games. Approximately around 3 months after, so every backer can enjoy their game first. And I also don't like that you are making these happy videos instead of communicating with your backers snd dealing with issues they have, for example missing cards, broken figures, overseeing that every backer will gain the tracking information for their game to come...😤

Received my game not too long ago and had alot of fun with it, excited to try it again, unfortunately I'm missing the (06 2/4) card pack from the game, and havent been able to play it proper without the missing cards. I have already sendt a missing component request in the proper place but havent heard anything about when my issue will be addressed.

When do replacement parts go out?

The retail version seems to be terribly gutted and bland without the stretch goals (wild hunt, monster trail, adventure pack). I feel sorry for anyone getting the retail version. Really a shame.
