They have to sterilize the land , put in utilities ! A pile for electricity, where I live is 5,000 a pole ! Then build the roads and build the houses ! They need a few million for this ! Janelle, Meri and Christine will not be footing the bill ! I don’t know how k will get money out of Robyn ! The show money ! But that is not enough ! To live in a big house , pay for 3 university , 2 private schools ! Taxes ! Living expenses! No building will be happening any time soon ! We know how useless they are with money !!!

The TV show salary is their primary income. Kody was a sales guy. Robyn was always unemployed but tried "Sisterwives Closet" for a while. Janelle and Christine worked odd real-life jobs (real estate, etc). Meri owns a BnB and a clothing line.

I agree with you. Cody has established a pattern of marrying another woman every so many years. Whether or not if Christine leaves, it's about time for Cody to bring another woman into the mix. Saying that, it's my opinion that there should only be the four lots for the four women. Cody doesn't need to be there. He can have his own house somewhere else. Forcing wife #5 at such close proximity to the other wives is being extremely disrespectful. That's how I feel about the whole situation.....

The deeds to the lots are the same size, but the way that Kody had the land divided between them was not equal. Of course the half of the land belongs to Robyn & Kody & the other half belongs to Kody.

Arizona is in fact a community property state! So it doesn’t matter that Robyn’s name isn’t actually on the lots. She is the only legal wife therefore she owns what he owns! Fun fact: Nevada is also a community property state! However Utah is NOT! No wonder there was opposition to moving back there!
