I discovered Malick with Thin Red Line, and I was blown away, this man will make the Perfect movie, he is amazing how he lets the pictures talk kind of, brilliant movie maker, he will make the PERFECT picture, I hope he does it soon rather then later.
@@sherefmagdy I'm still beginning to know his filmography. But I saw The Tree of Life a few weeks ago for the 2nd time (1st time I tried, didnt' understand it) and since then, although I don't consider that it changed my life, it changed myself a bit. I'm more open to look at the whole picture, the Universe, the Nature, our role here. One of the messages of the movie is to wonder often. I try to do it since then, pay attention to the small things around me and enjoy them. Basically, trying to put things in perspective. Not sure if I was clear, but it's mainly that. Cheers
Wow u got me with the first line-"If i never meet u in this life .....let me feel the lack". That one always stuck with me from the first viewing. Perfect poetry.
Wow. Another great video!! I was only going through your channel again yesterday re-watching your videos waiting for your next one. I also love Malik, Tree of Life is one of my favourite films. I also loved the M83 track you used, Digital Shades is a brilliant album. I hope you know I'm your biggest fan and adore everyone of your videos. We seem to have a very similar taste in movies, music and basketball. I would love to converse with you more. Could you let me know if you have a twitter or Facebook page. Please keep up the good work!!
Hey Sam, thank you so much for your words, I appreciate it a lot :) If you write me a pm I can give you my private facebook (don't have a site for the channel).
my bad, very similar shot. When I was watching the Revenant, it became clear that Malick had influenced Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu greatly so that makes sense.
