In this vlog I travel to the lovely quiet beach town of Prachuap Khiri Khan and in Thailand and experience the laid back quiet beach town, climbing to the monkey temple situated ontop of a mountain, the markets, restaurants, beaches, amazing sunrises and the friend thai people. Absolutely stunning views from the temple. My last experience with monkeys in Thailand was in Lop Buri, cheeky bastards tried to grab my day pack. Wise move grabbing those sticks, although those monkeys looked well behaved. Great video! Look forward to next episode. Cheers👍

Gday Dodger, certainly worth the climb up to take that view in, we were a bit early for the sunset. They reckon Lop Buri is ruled by the monkeys, these monkeys were ok, nothing stolen and no attacks lol, cheers mate

Gday exit, yeah I certainly agree, I am going back next month to find a condo or house with a 6 month or 12 month lease, I'm sold. Love the character, quietness and uniqueness of the place, cheers

I feel ya pain climbing up to the Temple, we did it last November. Did you check out the beach in the Airforce Base? A great place to relax under the trees with plenty of local beach restaurants. There is also a cool fishing village on the other side of the Temple hill. We ate lobster and some beers for 1200B

Hey travel solo Yeah it was a bit of a climb up to the top . Well worth the effort though stunning views of PKK. I did get to go to the beach in the airforce base and totally agree with u. Really nice place Plenty of shade and heaps of food. I will check out the fishing villiage on my next visit Thanks for watching cheers

There is a “hard way” up/down at the back of monkey mountain including a giant ladder. Did it this year. Do not recommend it. Very dangerous. But glad we did it.

It was great to meet you both, I hope your travels back to the farm went well. Great video - I am going back to PKK in October for 6 Months - maybe our paths will cross again.... "Happy..... Dayz" =)

Gday Richard, great to hear from you, thats great your going back for 6 months, PKK is certainly a special place, we had a great time up on the farm to celebrate Thai New Year, I will be back to PKK next month and then in January 2025 so if your around we will have to say cheers over a couple of frosty treats, cheers

Great video. If you have time try Nakorn Si - Talumpuk Cape area. Way south - bit over an hour flight south from BKK. Pakpanang Beach is beautiful. I may retire in Pak Panang area. All the best.

Way south close to Trang then east to Nakorn Si and Phatthalung are wonderful areas. Nakorn Si a hidden gem with great beaches. Very unchartered. Phatthalung great marsh area as well. Be well ...

Gday Mick, giving away my secrets here lol. have a look again on the vlog and you will see the name of the hotel on the feature wall at the back of the pool, anyway it's called Coco-pina. It's a gem mate, not many hotels in PKK with pools, cheers
