well Real Men is one of the most famous show in South Korea, many idols company literally begged the pd-nim for their appeareances in the show. And I love this show really, it's funny and very heartwarming show. In fact a lot of peoples got famous with Knetz because they appear in this show like Cao Lu and Ra Miran . And also this show likes to cast foreigners like Matthew (Somi Dad) or Sam Hammington. @Awgiki hello there, I am from thailand, a 100% Thai. I live 6 months in Europe and 6 months in Thailand every year. I would be pale and light when I don't get the sun at all in Europe and came back to be quite dark once I got to Thai atmosphere. I don't do surgery and my nose is fine. I have perfect eyelids and only knew one Thai lady in person did the eyelid surgery in my life time. Thailand is known for doing cheap surgery (mainly for lady boys) but doesn't mean every single one does the surgery. I am not here to say Lisa is purely natural as I don't really care if she has gone one or not. We love who she is as a human and not the skin she wears.

The large majority of kpop idols get ps and it is extremely likely that Lalisa has had ps, watch videos where real plastic surgeons have analysed their faces and have made objective judgements based of their pictures pre debut. Saying 'she's afraid of needles she's natural' will only make people insecure due to the unrealistic beauty standards of Kpop

I just think that a lot of people become insecure when it comes to such toxic beauty standards which are almost impossible to achieve without cosmetic surgery. I literally feel her nervousness and anxiety and it’s literally the WORST feeling ever. To be put in a situation where you have to do something infront of others which you don’t want to do or you don’t know how to do is TERRIBLE. I felt second hand anxiety for her and it’s sucks SOOO bad.

she didn't had anxiety i seen more like nervousness and scared if she really had anxiety there she probably couldn't make it until the end of the show. as far as i'm concerned the white shirt girl is an example of anxiety attack just look at her eyes i could feel flight or fight mode is adrenalin.

U can watch the show Most of those stuffs are real and hard , they have to work for that. That's the show not the Real military service, soo they have to work according to that right..!! It's not fake or no one is acting. The show is about the training u gonna face during your military period. No matter how famous idol u r they all are treated in a same wayyy...!!!!!

This is my experience in the American army , when they show no expression don’t be shocked and don’t feel intimidated because they’re trying to get in your head. 3 rules to survive 1. Pay attention to detail 2. Show no emotion 3. Don’t let them get in your head It’s basic discipline. Trust me if you do this they’ll leave you alone. Cause all they care is if you have discipline
