This workshop series is organized by Tohoku University, Sophia University, and Keio University. The second workshop, which was hosted by Tohoku University, explores how Ukraine can rebuild and ways to support those efforts through drawing upon Japanese universities’ knowledge and experiences of recovering from devastation after both war and recurrent natural disasters.
