Love this piece of my childhood as a 1980s kid 😍😄

This is amazing!!!! I have this book from my childhood and my son was looking at it. I remembered it had a cassette and when I ‘read’ the book thought these pages don’t seem right 😂 it’s missing words. And here I am on RU-vid hearing the whole story with my son decades later ❤ thank you.

I still have this tape - not in this level of quality after 33 years mind you!

My favorite TR line is from this episode, when he calls Leota "a tiny flying lady!" It just cracks me up when I hear it.

I had a Teddy and this book and cassette. I used to love Teddy, but then one day his eyes stopped blinking. That didn't bother me much at first, until out of the blue after who knows how long of his eyes not moving, he suddenly starts blinking again. From that moment on, I was freaking terrified of him. 😂 One must understand that I have had a fear of dolls and things that move in "human-like" ways that "shouldn't move" for most of my life. Him being a bear was the only thing that kept him from being terrifying to me, but those eyes randomly blinking? That ended any love I had for him. 🤣

This was my peace as a child.

I had the Teddy Ruxpin tape story thing But I didn’t have the book though, so I couldn’t really imagine what Grubby, Gimmick or Leota looked like
