All of us have experienced this equanimity. We just have not recognized it. When we were children, we would be extremely happy when father got us a new toy car. We would keep the car with us all the time. We would sleep with it. We would proudly show it to our friends. And we would be upset for days if the toy car got damaged or lost. As we got older we got bored of the toy cars. At that point acquiring a toy car and then losing the toy car had no impact on our emotions. It was not depression, just boredom. When we watch a child laugh and cry on account of a toy car, we say to ourselves "oh, he is such a child!" In our lifetime we will be fascinated with so many things, and then we will get bored. If we live long enough wife, children, parents, job, house, money, title, reputation, friends, relatives, God and even Adhatyam will become boring. The challenge is for us to keenly observe this from our past and realize that nothing can hold our attention forever. Once this realization appears in our hearts equanimity will automatically precipitate.

Stay in the company of good ones, it will bring great fortunes to the one, it's also called "Satsang".

- Truth is only for the ones who know what the use of peace is and who knows what the use of peace is the one who is burning with peace-lessness. - The passengers are waiting at the platform. The announcement is enough that the train is arriving. They don't say now the passengers must rush towards the train. If you really want to depart the news is enough. - I can instruct a fellow to come and sit down in front of me and hear me out but i cannot instruct a fellow to resonate with me. 'My world' of 20-30 people. - If you are finding yourself distanced from the one, you know the reason- it's bad company. It won't announced itself as bad company but it comes in different names. It won't say that neither do I belong to him nor would I let you belong to him. - The Quality of your company can be assessed only by the impact it has upon you. If you want to check the quality of the people you are keeping as company? Check just one thing whose company do they love ? Who is the friend of your friend ? - Your world is nothing but a reflection of your deliberate agreements. - AP first law- Your Spiritual Quotient (SQ) is the Average Spiritual Quotient (SQ) of all people in your Contact list. It's an identity. AP Second law- Your distance from the one will tend towards the distance of your nearest one from the one. - If you are so sure of yourself, Why shy away from an honest conversation ?
