One of the first things I do when I get into a new series is listen to the themes for the villains. The moment I heard DIO's leitmotif, I fell in love with it.

@@kaelell4697 Well no, rather a vampire can control it's hair like limbs and such. Cellular manipulation is more of an Ultimate Kars thing, while Vampires just have control over the movement of their whole body.
