The reason why bases have holes in the walls is to trick wall breaker path finding, wall breakers only target a wall in the compartment is closed, if it’s open then they will run across the base and die. You might be asking if the wall is open then what’s the point of the wall breaker well the open wall is in big compartments, and when the wall breaker wouldn’t break a specific wall your archer queen will just walk around the base. (I think)
Those openings of 1 wall are so that either wallbreakers target the wrong wall or your troops dont go inside since the hole is so small its hard the funnel
Hello Jadon what the first guy said was trying to say is when they put their troops in the middle of the base the better weapons e.g inferior tower,scattershot and eagle artillery are on the outside so they kill all the troops in the middle so they only get 1 star instead of 3 or 2

Just finished up a war this morning we won breaking that clan's 27 war win streak. We beat them 118 to 118. Destruction % ours were 99.5%, and theirs were 99.1%. Now thats close!
The difference between anti 2 and 3 star is that anti 2 has th in mid with major defense, and is most times easier to 3 than anti 3 star bases, anti 3 bases it’s super easy to get the th and 50% but it is much harder to get the 3rd star these bases have the th near the out side separated from major deffs and acts like a lure and a stand alone deff
The open compartments allow 2 things to happen 1 it makes wall breaker pathing worse so if you put a wall breaker close to the opening they will most likely go to different set of walls and 2nd is if players don’t set funnel correctly it makes it so the attacking troops are easily diverted outside the core of base
You don’t have to worry too much about it walls will wall because most of the walls will wall for almost all troops besides wall breakers because of their special pathing and they wall attack wall unless they super close to the opening Edit: that’s why only the corners are open most times
Imo the Warden best hero it’s buffs to ur main army so op, he’s a perm rage spell if u want, and e-tome is the most important ability in attacking it’s used for everything blizzard use e-tome to make sure blimp gets to mid, 100 seeking air mines use e-tome hog bout to get nuked by 18 bullion big bombs use e-tome need to survive the core of base use e-tome

Yo theres an app that makes bases for free, just watch a 30 second add for any base you wanna paste. Or you have the option to put a minimum of 2.90 and never have another add again while being able to paste any base youd need, they update the bases every two weeks too.
And spending money for base designs is very much worth it if u are high up in trophies since clans will pay you a lot to stay in their clan at the end of the season if u have more than 6k cups
I'm only upgrading my queen so I could do QC LavaLoon don't worry my king is Level 22 while my queen is at 19 since it's an eyesore to see lower heroes I like mine to be even excluding GW and RC
