Sho can try cooking using instant kuey teow paste try look for brand name Sudee,, just add prawn & cockles, chives & mung bean sprouts. Also, look for A1 brand dried kuey teow. When you're ready to travel back to Japan, it'll be easier for you to bring these basic items too.
