The World's Most Beautiful McDonald's? 

Shame, hopefully, someone will realize its value and treat it accordingly! These things def bring tourist spending!!

Where exactly are the places in it that are "run down" and "dirty"? There was much restoration work to it some time ago (in 00s), and the upstairs was a function room, & very nice; until it became some offices for Allied Health (while they built those new buildings) along Queen's Pde, and now Entelechy Therapy. The McDonald's area was updated with the more modern signs, displays, etc about 4 years ago. Some things in the area are often damaged (particularly the toilets and entries to those, as many people like to vandalise those in Mc's), but that's damage, not because been left to run-down. The current ABN registration, & company is the same as it was in 2000 (as shown on ASIC), and they have certainly spent money on it since 2000. Last time i was there inside looked good to me, & exterior looked good, with just couple things busted - & was on Sunday so obviously done by some Fri/Sat night patrons. (have worked in hospitality long time & easily tell diff between damaged & rundown)

@@citybeatdisco19 hello. I agree the interior is extremely well done, and a pleasure to be in. The outside is what I was referring to. Dirty windows, and other paint work, badly in need of maintenance. It is a shame that this art nouveau building is in the state it is.
