Charlie Berens from Manitowoc, WI takes on Trevor Wallace from Fresno, California in the American Cornhole Semifinals. Trevor uses trash talk to get inside his opponents head but Charlie's Midwest nice demeanor proves to be too much for Trevor to handle. Trevor even takes up Charlie's offer for a bloody mary.

Ouch...that was BRUTAL, about the Cali guy's dad never showing up. Lived in Cali for almost 25 years, 17 in SF and 8 in LA, and as someone whose father showed up at every event I participated in, I can say this video is scary accurate about many fathers being totally absent in their kids' lives in California. If they're not emotionally absent and self-absorbed, they're entirely absent altogether.

I have fond memories of Wisconsin cussing. Gees Louise, Honest to Pete, Jeepers Cripes, Cheese and Crackers - Gosh almighty. Part of my childhood vocabulary. Still use it, but now I laugh as I hear Charlie saying it in my mind. And the best part - you didn't have to mention them in confession, because they weren't "really" cussin'.

Wait there's a new Meijer in Manty? Last time I was there it was a Festival on the south side off of 43 by the Holiday Inn, the Wally world further east by the paper plant and Cedar Crest, then the Piggly Wiggly on the North side by the DMV and watertower. Yep. Peabody Park was one of my favorites right across the Fox from Telulah. Always accessed it from the path behind Appleton Papers across Meade from the Kwik Trip and the pizza place. Parkway Blvd was home, 4 blocks from Erb Park.
