As a professional house cleaner and mother let me just say that was absolutely disgusting. There is absolutely no reason in anyone's right mind that they should be doing that it's a waste of food, a saftey hazard, and a vermin infestation waiting to happen

i feel extremely bad for her kids, not just because their mom is... that, but also because their entire life and home is constantly trashed by their mom

If the husband were to divorce her (and I wouldn't blame him for doing so), these TikToks would probably be quite useful in getting custody of the children so they don't have to live in whatever disaster she's turned that house into.

"Hey, where's all the [Food Item] I just bought?" "Oh, mom made a TikTok." The fact that this is probably a common interaction in her house makes me feel bad for everyone there.

I've done lots of renovating in houses and flooring is oftentimes a part of it. And watching her dump whatever the hell is in that trash can all over those nice wood floors triggers thoughts of violence in me that I didn't even know I could have.

Honestly. I feel so bad for everyone around her. This house probably has mold and such and she probably doesn't even care. What a horrible mother and wife.

That house definitely has mold in it. Mold becomes airborne and can and will make people sick. Child abuse comes in many forms, and living in filth is definitely one of them. And on top of that, it's most likely a rental and risking getting evicted and fined.

Talking about the “expiration date” on canned goods (which by the way is the BEST BY date) and thinking you’ll get sick is total stupidity. I have eaten a lot of canned soup up to 2 years after the best by date, and its no different than when brand new. That’s what canning is for, people! The only accurate date I have ever seen is milk and sometimes apples. By the way, eggs also last a lot longer than thought. It’s actually impressive

Look I am concerned about those videos where she’s in a bin full of water IN HER HOME. Those floors are like smooth wood,. IGNORING any potential damp/mold problems that will arise just a few months from this, I’m concerned about her electrical outlets. I live in the UK, our plug sockets (outlets) have switches on them that you can turn on or off. I KNOW US sockets do not do this. If just a little bit of water reached those outlets she’d be fried and short circuit the electricity in her house, if she didn’t die in the process. My high school physics teacher had some canned food that expired in the early 90s that we used in expiraments, and the milk no longer slooshed when shaken, it just made a sort of mushy thump sound because it had congealed or something, so canned food WILL go bad eventually. For reference I'm 23 now, so the milk in question was well over 25 years old by that point, but still canned milk should never go thump...we were terrified of breaking those cans, so we were always careful handling them...

I no longer feel guilty for buying lobster and steak with food stamps that 1 time. It wasn't my food stamps since I actually dont fall into that criteria but I remember the look of the cashier because I also had a $24 block of cheese and a $60 bottle of wine.
