Crazyyy, I would never imagine that this is a prison. Look at the food it look amazing. I hope there hard work will pay off once they are out of prison.
I live in texas its mostly mexicans in the can they run the prison. Lots of stabbings they love to do that i thought i wwas in danger they stab for no reason other than racism @hammond5315
I'm italian and I love this channel. Your filming and montage stile are amazing. I hope to see more video about Italy's special and particulare restaurant were there is not just food but even a story behind.
Actually this is not the first restaurant of its kind. Cardiff, Wales (in the UK) has a restaurant called "The Clink" in which all the dining, waiting and cooking staff are prisoners. It is extremely highly rated and I had to book almost 6 weeks in advance.
I really enjoyed this one! I think this is an amazing opportunity, and a great way to rehabilitate inmates. It's way better to lead them into society rather than pushing them away. Everyone deserves a shot at redemption!
I don't want to over simplify crime, but it seems to me most violent crime is avoidable. Yes there will always be lunatics and sociopaths that account for passionate chaotic crime, but most is based on ones station in life, survival as an instinct. Robbery because ur poor or starving or addicted to drugs can turn into homicide in a blink. To rehabilitate a man rather than just lock them away takes commitment from both sides. This restaurant is a very interesting exercise
I used to doodle on my order pad the same way that waiter does. Makes it look like you are paying attention to whatever stupid thing the customer is saying
I couldn't get into the cooking school I wanted to since I didn't have the money and didn't make the cut..Are the cooks murderers or drug trafficers so I'll know which crime to commit to get in?
Preach this in the UK. Unless you are in jail for Murder or a serious violent crime, train people in jobs like this, give them responsibility and pride, help them have a life when they leave jail. Just give people a chance...
damm seems like the old spot we were at in LA. dope as fuck...even Homeboy Industrys in Downtown LA helps rehabilitate gang bangers ex cons and addicts
People who r convicted r more patient than brats of people so they will do everything not to go back to prison, and they will assume a humble attitude.
I'd be wary of them spitting in my food, or worse. I'm not saying they all would but there's gotta be one guy in that kitchen who's mad he's in jail and wants to fuck with people who are better off.
