It’s very hard watching our kids sick and not willing to take medication is added stress, and as far appetite is concerned it’s absolutely zero… what worked out for me was that my kid would get distracted by my husband talking or singing to her and I would slip the medicine into her mouth by force. And honestly I had to scold her a couple of times too… nebulisers are the only remedy … glad to see that Skyu’s feeling better …. All the very best for your future endeavours

Nebulizer for toddlers is not recommended here in the US. Try to keep her nose clear by putting nazel spray then apply suction to clear the conjection . For throat keep giving her fluids , juice and water or electrolytes.. no other medicine … tylenol in the night .. thats all
i have two daughters younger one is one month older than skyu.i can relate with you very well.Dont worry do home remedies also.Give her ajwain.Put ajwain on hot tawa and when smoke comes out ...very carefully give it to her.its really work.Also remove the mask from nebulizer and give it in her hand she will play with it and mist will work.
Consult an Ayurvedic pediatrician and also start giving suvarnaprashan drops on proper consultation which do wonders for kids in every way possible ..It increases baby's intelligence, strength, digestive power, immunity, etc

Shanice and Nikhil just one suggestion with my daughter who is3yrs old nowsame as Skyu for any medicine just try Homeopathy medicine kids like it due to it being sugar also any drops of allopathy medicine we mix it with Nuttela and it gets harden up as dairy milk and it is very helpful
Hope our darling skyu gets well soon. One suggestion would be find a good homeopathic doctor. My son too needed a lot of nebulisation when he was a toddler but homeopathy worked wonders for him. Do get in touch if interested in a good homeopathic doctor in Powai.
I also recently got with viral.. in january last but it took 1 month when my coughing got reduced.. now also,, there is some cough but its dry now.. and i dont take medicines so maybe thatswhy it just got so much extended.. but even for me this was the worst coughing.. i could feel it in entire body shaking due to it.. but thats fine now

You are introducing such a small kid to so much processed / unhealthy food ...please be careful! Her gut will be affected if she eats ultra processed foods so early....biscuit/cakes/ice cream/ long shelf life packaged foods. Try to keep her away from such stuff as long as you can. Anyways after a certain age you won't be able to stop her from eating all this.
@@nikki6422 You can see her eating hide n seek biscuit quite often, another time she was trying little hearts, ...when they are out she has ice cream, chocolate, pastry. It's scary to see such tiny kids already being introduced to such kind of edibles (which are not food). This may initially seem nothing, but this is how they develop a taste for & thereafter craving towards sweet. Then as they grow, the gut is compromised & hormones are out of balance, leading to so many unnecessary health conditions. Anyways I'm only saying out of concern.

Hsy shanice dont worry, the weather is crazy in mumbai and suata add to it, last two weeks we laso faced this my younge one 3yr old got fever and cough so according to his paed, cough takes 10 to15 days for cough to go down, 2 to 3 dyas feber which is followed by cough and our doc saud this is the regular procedure of viral now a dyas and also if the kid os having only cough take them out send them to school, coz they will gain immunity, coz if kept at home for 10 to 15 days and when they go out they will catch again, so better once the fever go down go to normal routine, our paed is from hiranandani hospital. Also for home remedies u can give ginger jiuce with lil honey and 1/4tsp of sitopaladi ,mix everythingand give this helps in cough Also sexond u can take gur, 1 black peper, tulso leaves ,ginger warm till gur melt, and make her have it, 1tbsp of ghee with 2 pich of rock salt warm it and give
@@shaniceshresthavlog 🤗, don't stress about her food yarr, kids are fussy eater I have a 5 yr and 3 yr old , elder one eats regular food also and demands also and younger one is Gunda give him rice roti he will not have it, but give him noodles, pasta then he will eat silently, he lyks curd so I mix curd in his dal rice and give him, also if she lyks fruits them give her more of that for munching lyk cucumber or carrot that tends to make more hungry
