Tbh, NBA players play in shit so much. I always wondered why a lot of them settle with new releases that suck. Maybe it's availability, the fact that they rotate shoes so much that the first available pair is the one they're wearing. Derozan has said that he always wears new shoes bc the out of the box fit is perfect, and maybe the foam and the zoom is the springiest then. Maybe they actually like it, but we have to keep in mind that the experience of a ball players that wear a different shoe everyday will be different to us who wear the same one for months. We need the most reliable all around shoes while they don't necessarily.
Bro I love these the traction is very good for me and the cushion is elite. Idk I just completely disagree w u. Also, I did not experience any heel slippage
@@zayffg3157no there not if your running full speed down court and try to stop your sliding if your actually making hard cuts and running full speed your sliding
I have a GT CUT 2, and its perfect, the traction is absolutely amazing, u have to “break” it before but after 3/4 times using it, the traction becomes a beast
Couldn't agree more. I coach in a basketball program with around 160 kids in it. I would say about 15-20 of the high school boys wear these. I think they look good. But I went to get some and when i tried them on I knew immediately they weren't for me. Zero support, you feel like your foot is only half way in the shoe. I wouldn't be surprised if there are multiple broken ankles caused by these shoes every day. 😂 HORRIBLE DESIGN.
Have you considered the reason they perform like that may because your court looks like the next battle ground for war lll I have them and they are pretty good…
Tbh i like them, i used them outside today to break them in and they were good, however they do feel just a litlle bit high of the ground but i think they really good tho
i have a pair and i like them but everything he said is valid, yea and almost any shoe is good on an NBA court cuz they’re cleaned so often. Heel slippage is notable in them and containment sucks but i like them idk why lok
Kinda over exaggerating a bit with these shoes they’re definitely not the worst. maybe for the money?? There’s definitely better options. If you like this shoe but want more for your money, the wade all city v2 is a great alternative.
Fr tho these are dog shit, I’ve tried over and over with my pair but they just suck, your feet overheat bad in these, terrible cushioning inside the shoe, the grip is dog shit it’s only good on the front ball of your foot and since there’s no cushioning and also terrible lockdown your feet just slam into the front, the only thing about this shoe is it has multiple super nice colourways, a big let down as it was the 2nd gen of the crazy popular cut 1s
Broo why you hateing on gt cuts fr like bro stop being like that to them they are the best that I had and very comfortable asf so stop makeing no sense on shoes that you just want clout for ong like smh 🤦🏽 chill bro.
yeah i hated these too. played one game and 2 practices and they were terrible, felt like i was an inch higher off the ground from my regular shoes and although the traction wasn’t bad, i felt slower and less mobile
mine felt bad at first and gave me blisters on my pinky toe and traction was pretty bad but after a few weeks of wearing them they got way more comfortable and now the cushion feels amazing and traction is super good and the lock down is amazing as well, just have a kinda long break in period
Bro i used gt cut for the first time in outdoor it is really great the support is awesome and the cushion is fantastic And i heard that the more u use the gt cut 2 it gets better
All these “positive” comments, how much you wanna bet they never played in the first GT Cuts, which are better in every single aspect compared to the 2nd ones.
i would disagree with the traction concern. Seems that your court has moisture from the looks of it. Perhaps because of the climate. 101% any shoes will slip.
