Without Ichimonji, all the other bankais wouldn't even have a name. Here's a guy who has the power to tell you what your bankai is, and to also be able to redefine it anyway he wants.

The Vizards didn't use the Hollow mask cause they honestly didn't need it until it was too late. Kensei initially easily put Mask down, Rose Bankai was also killing him. They lost to unique circumstance, if they were properly pushed in an even battle or even felt that Mask was superior they likely would have pulled out the Mask.

Well with Hitsugaya, if we talk outside of manga only anime, then Hitsugayas bankai is always been the strongest Ice type zanpakuto which also controls the weather and atmosphere. I am gonna say this because Hitsugaya Is somehow my favourite Bleach character ( I think it's some sort of relatability factor) But that man as he is right now does not even deserve the Top 10s. Secondly, He's a mid Tier Captain not a low tier one but the most of the losses he faced against many people is because He fights people really stronger than him or he just Fights with a disadvantage Aizen: Way too strong him Bazz: Elemental coverage Mayuri: Fuckin smart as hell. And thats all the losses he has. But you could argue he has no good dubs either cuz most of his battles are draw or finished beforehand. Lastly, This list is so wack for putting Bankais like Zabimaru(False), Ryumon Hozukimaru, Jakuho Raikouben and Kokujou Tengen Myou like so high up. They were the weakest ones back in Fake Karakura alongside you guessed it Hyourinmaru but they somehow got up there.
