I was always underperformed in academic until I found many motivation from islamic perspective that triggered me to learn about this world, that started in my second grade in high school. Finally I catched up and got accepted in a bachelor program in the best engineering university in my country. Alhamdulillah, Praise to Allah

The first time I watched this video was about 4-5 years ago and I saved it. Whenever I feel down or broken I come back to this video. Whenever I feel like my iman is decreasing or I feel weak I rewatch this video. I have never in my entire life watched a video as powerful as this one. It is by far my favorite lecture. It pierced the depths of my heart down to its core. I have been struggling with some sin for some time now. This video empowered me on a high level. Allah gave us humans free will. If we want to improve ourselves all we have to do is take action and put in the effort. Firstly I want to thank the owner of this channel “Merciful Servant” for uploading such videos. I have no words to express my gratitude for all your efforts and what you are doing to help lost people like me. I have never felt the way I felt after watching this video in my entire life. Although you probably won’t see this comment I felt the need to express my gratitude. There is nothing better in this world than the sweetness of iman and this video reassured me of that.

From Brother Abdul Salaam I can relate to this topic, before ALLAH made me Muslim, I use to party, use drugs and use and abuse alcohol for 20 years, I hit a spiritual bottom and cried out to GOD, who I know now as ALLAH, HE heard my cry and placed my feet upon the path of Islam (Quran and Sunnah). And I've been clean now for 28 years, it is true,ALLAH do take the worst and make them the best, my mother experienced 20 years of me being clean before she passed 8 years ago, with ALLAH'S help I was able to make amends to her, there's so much more that's been happening in my life that ALLAH is doing for me, and now I'm clear on what my purpose on this earth for, and that's to worship and serve ALLAH, and to practice the Sunnah and to help others.

Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: “When a person spends his entire day with no other concern but Allaah alone, Allaah, may He be glorified, will take care of all his needs and take care of all that is worrying him; He will empty his heart so that it will be filled only with love for Him, free his tongue so that it will speak only in remembrance of Him (dhikr) and cause all his faculties to work only in obedience to Him. But if a person spends his entire day with no other concern but this world, Allaah will make him bear its distress, anxiety and pain; He will leave him to sort himself out, and cause his heart to be distracted from the love of Allaah towards the love of some created being, cause his tongue to speak only in remembering people instead of remembering Allaah, and cause him to use his talents and energy in obeying and serving them. So he will strive hard, labouring like some work-animal, to serve something other than Allaah… Everyone who turns away from being a true slave of Allaah and obeying Him and loving Him will be burdened with servitude, love and obedience to some created being. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): ‘And whosoever turns away (blinds himself) from the remembrance of the Most Beneficent (Allaah), We appoint for him a shaytaan (devil) to be a qareen (intimate companion) to him.’ [al-Zukhruf 43:36].”

I used.. to believe in Christianity... One day.. I seen a video by MercifulServant and in my recommended list. I checked it out and the next day.. I started to change. Learning from Mufti Menk, Dr Zakir Naik,MercifulServant and more Islamic Lecturers. Till now, some of my friends started to say that I indeed belonged among the righteousness. If I DID NOT seen that video, I wouldn’t have been here. Alhamdullilah ghirobbillameen :) Maybe Allah had planned for me this :) I’m proud I’m finally a Muslim :)
