Krillin still haven't got any DFE is a crime, he had been there with Goku since forever, he deserve 2 or 3 Dfe for an almost 10 years old db game, but we have none

my PHY Raditz unironically cooked on that new event mission, he managed to (barely) tank Jiren's super and (somewhat) tank normals, truly the greatest unit of all time for one of the best categories in the game.

Earthling category has kinda become earth-bred fighters, all earthlings come from this category + here you can have Goku Gohan and Piccolo

I feel bad for characters that are mostly based on categories that are based on sagas that don’t have as much hype

I really like your input about how the devs could improve each category. Makes this video way more interesting than simply a list and short explanation as to why each is bad.

Hottake: Imo I feel like LR Kaioken Goku and Great Ape Vegeta are a bigger fumble than PHY “Beast” Gohan. They should of been reserved for a future WWC event or even an anniv as DFE LRs due to how iconic their fight was, but not only did Dokkan relegated them to mid yellow coin units, but you can tell with how Kaioken Goku has the SB moment that the devs were like “Ok, here’s the LR Kaioken Goku you guys kept annoying us for, now stfu”. It saddens me how they really don’t give the category the proper respect it deserves as it didn’t even become a category till mf PHY Raditz’s release.

the thing with team bardock is that ALL THE BARDOCKS THAT CAN GO SSJ ARE ON THE TAG and I never understood team would be way better if we got like a revival into ssj it would be no point

Everything here is pretty spot on. Fortunately, several of these categories should be salvaged just with the upcoming EZAs alone.

I think 90% of the issues with GT Bosses is in the royally fcked up passives with shit like one of the Super 17s (I forget which one) having something like getting +17% defense when hit that doesn't activate until the following turn and LR PHY The Guys From Fortnite gaining dodge chance against stunned and sealed enemies _when they themselves can't even do either of those things._ If their kits were any less awkward than I am at parties, then the team would probably start to function.

honorable mention: db saga; it's basically just pathku and bulma (and eza lr yamcha and puar but they're very weak defensively)

Inhuman Deeds, despite having a few good units in, also comprises mostly of different characters who dont mesh well with each other and so far, still doesnt have a leader that is at least 170%

It's baffling how bad saiyan saga is compared to other saga. People complain about DFE Super Trunks restrictions but even that team back then is so much better than Saiyan Saga now

what they should do for a possible team Bardock LR/TUR is all of Bardocks team from their fight with Dodoria and then for the active, it's exchanges into a standalone Bardock from his confrontation with Frieza

Saiyan saga is so iconic and yet it's so under represented. It's a shame

Chaditz was really done dirty. He should've had a blast nullification, a chance to guard, and the ability to seal at least but they gave him the bare minimum.

I have an idea for an DFE namek Krillin idea but it does sound like a lot for this but what if. A Tur or LR Krillin that would revive to Ssj Goku. Ssj Goku would get stronger each time he gets hit and attack similar to TEQ Super Saiyan Vegeta. His Active would be the "Don't You Dare Talk About Krillin!!" Which would increase his attack by a large amount. I dont know but i wish to see this happening in the future so that way we can have a Krillin DFE or carnival. And if it is then hopefully the part 2 banner or the second banner would be a transforming Frieza that goes to Full Power. Final Form Fireza would start up as a defensive unit probably a slot one tank. He can transform when 3 turns have been past. And His Full Power would be an attacking unit so a slot 2 unit probably. He gets stronger and have DR but loses lil bit of it by each turn. His active skill would be "I...I HATE YOU!!!" Which raises his attack by huge amount but lower defense by a small percentage. I would die if these unit actually in the game lol. But those are my ideas for a namek celebration whenever that is. I have more ideas but it sounds crazy to me.

At this point, everything that is not on Super Heroes is bad for the most part

Hear me out, HEAR ME OUT. I’m not a super big fan of Pikkon but PUT THIS ON PAPER AKATSUKI! Lr Pikkon or DFE Pikkon but Lr Pikkon with 12 Ki Hyper Tornado and 18 Thunder Flash. Active is him taking off his Gi. This could work as a DFE and this could work well with an Angel SSJ Goku with Kaioken. WOULD BE AWESOME

Db saga could be the best fun team in the game if we got a Dokkan fest devil man that ages like wine

Saiyan saga might just be dead because Dokkan almost never actually redoes animation if it’s high quality enough already. They always change it in some way. Unfortunately a lot of those Saiyan Saga moments, for as bad as the characters are, already have representation, so they would start doing dokkan originals. imo they just aren’t as good as the source material and are usually only reserved for very special occasions anyway.

I think the Earthlings category could be saved by a solid OG Dragon festival, especially if they decide to base it off of the 22nd World Tournament with Goku and Tien, or a Red Ribbon saga banner with Tao or maybe General Blue

GT Bosses getting cucked by Dokkan devs will always be a Dokkan classic

Other world warriors has so much potential cuz they’re so many characters that can eza and make it good, I also personally think we could get another dfe pikkon from his fight with goku where he as a active to take his weights off and we get a good looking thunder flash

With earthlings, I think we could easily get a dfe krillin from namek saga where he has an active and gets his potential unleashed, then a dfe tien from cell saga when he held back cell. Obviously besides them it is only yamcha, uub, and like yajirobe. But the team could be solid as long as the dfe’s are good

I agree with Saiyan Saga being the best out of all of them but no way Earthlings are below Saiyan Saga(let alone OW the worst category imo) when it has LR Bulma, F2P TEQ Bulma/STR Yamcha, WT LRs JC and Yamcha&Puar and whole 23rd WT beside Goku and Majunior. Their main problem(one of the many) is not having leader skill at all but for Saiyan Saga either you're gonna put double very risky Yamahas or...Raditz

Namekian Category sucks, Teq Piccolo (Awakened) & Str Piccolo (Cooler's Revenge Movie) are what stop/save it Int LR Piccolo needs a Gohan and unless there is a Piccolo/Gohan that's on Namekian category, it'll still be ass Exchange: F2P Teq Goku/Gohan ➡️ Gohan, still Pure Saiyans F2P Vegeta/Trunks ➡️ Trunks, still Pure Saiyans Dokkan Fest Int Ssjb Goku/Vegeta ➡️ Vegeta, still in Goku's Family, Turtle School & Earth-Bred Fighter F2P Int Krillin/Vegeta ➡️ Vegeta, still in Earthling &Earth Bred Fighter Can only hope, but it is possible to make a Piccolo/Gohan unit and exchange into Gohan (to be in Namekian category like the listed above units), help the LR Piccolo get his guard and (maybe) support with defense too??

I feel like powerful comback could be a struggling category. When i was doing the mission for jiren with that team i looked in my box to see if had little to no good units. The best was teq gohan. Had to use WT goku as leader and 4 phy F2P units! Ui goku, gohan and goku. Phy feet kamehameha goku and phy hercule. It was only easy due to gohan and hercule sealing jiren. Other than that. The team does need a small buff

Strangely enough GT Bosses was the team I used for my final clear for the Jiren Missions, I was going to use majin Buu saga to get payback for all the pain Saiyan saga had caused me, but I decided to see how my (Unfortunately) favorite team, GT Bosses, would do. I expected it to be an absolute massacre, but thanks to Omega’s Seal and debuffs I never took more than double digits from Jiren, I even tried it again before writing this to make sure it wasn’t just dumb luck, but other than having to put LR baby in slot 1 on turn 2 then taking 100k each from two normals, I again only took double digit damage, to be fair Teq Baby and LR Cell and Frieza also only did double digits to Jiren, but that didn’t even matter because the double omegas and STR 17s on turn 3 killed him, the double active skill meant he didn’t even have a chance to hit omega in the first attack slot and Str 17s finished him off in slot 2.

Honestly we can almost (almost) add Namek Saga in here The two final battle LRs are becoming pretty mid and apart from the ginyu force the category is EMPTY (there’s not a single interesting unit) And Earthlings slander will not be tolerated it is the number one best f2p team

Revenge category needs a buff. It has like 5 good units and they barely synergize with each other. Dont get me started with agl bardock leading the category.

Whole heartedly agree with this list. But one correction needs to be made, my super kaioken goku is awful. I love to run him because it’s cool but god he is so bad.

What I also hate with GT Bosses is, that characters like Hell Fighter 17 does Not Count as a GT Boss. That is so stupid. Just Change the Name to GT enemies

Just a random thought I've had on my mind for awhile 🗿 What if they get rid of Shadow Dragon Saga and maybe both Gt Bosses/ Heroes, the GT Link and turned it into a "GT Category " This would benefit plenty of existing units(some that are bound to get good ezas) in the long run and any future GT units Here's a few units off the top of my head that aren't on Shadow Dragon Saga but would get way better with ezas and if this "concept" was implemented into the game Teq Pan (no Eza, fell off and outta meta🤓) Phy Super Saiyan Kid/ GT Goku (not on Shadow dragon saga) Int Super Saiyan GT Vegeta (I personally feel like this unit should be in the category as he not only fought Omega in his Super Saiyan or Super Saiyan 2 state and went Super Saiyan 4 in the arc) Int LR Full Power SSJ4 Goku A future general Rildo, Baby, Super 17, and hopefully a Naturon Shenron unit(that could serve as the new lead for Giant Category, Inhuman deeds, etc) Lemme know if I cooked up something nice/ decent or burnt the kitchen down 🤓

Other world warriors can be fixed and I think a super kaioken goku and pikkon dual DEF could and honestly I could see them being this years new years units Because golden week could work but they would each need a banner unit plus a yellow coin LR which there is not much characters to use from that filler arc so New years could be a good time slot for them then can EZA the the DEG AGL pikkon
