I will never hate any enemy more than R.Ost. Sure, I can kick his worthless bird butt 50 different ways now, but he was one of the first enemies ever to seriously balk me; he was the first opponent to really cause me misery on a level no matter how hard I tried, or how many battles. The Bathroom.
I know assassin bear is super frustrating to fight if you dont have a cat cannon ready, but seeing it book it at mach 4 directly to the nearest cat is always funny
The top places never change. Over the years I have been watching multiple top 10 most hated enemies. The first 3 places are still held by the same enemies in the same order.
@@acone2017 R.Ost is pretty reasonable to be in the top spots imo but that's probably true, symbolized by the low votes for Fallen Bear and Cadaver Bear
Professor A is a surprisingly big improvement over master A given that he has possibly the easiest trait but he definitely isnt as bad as Winged Pigge, Fallen Bear, or Zollow.
@@derrickhageman1969 not really, mina and many ld units destroys him, also roe and manic island and courier and saki makes him a free, i know not everyone has saki but still
@@ThePersonWhoAsked69420 the crits? GACHA ROLLS giving me no anti traitless cats? AND I CAN'T JUST BLAZE THROUGH COTC 2 BECAUSE I GOT ALREADY STUCK IN A STAGE THERE WITH ALIEN MOLES
I swear, the only reason scissorex's ommi strike reaches 601 is because it's meant to troll aphrodite users But I think we can all agree that its design looks insanely cool
Ponos has blessed us with overpowered units like courier and Fest units (Goddess of Light Sirius too, as a very good generalist especially against colossus, and courier too, even outside red enemies with behemoth slayer), and yet they give us enemies like these to ruin us. PONOS is evil confirmed
@@KyouheiKaizoCourier is just Courier lol, I'd say I'm glad there's newer ways to counter some of the advent stages that gave me trouble back then but truth be told I'm a little jaded by units like Courier lol
Gobble provably deserves a spot on this list but Zollow is a much worse toxic enemy than Gobble so many people who hate toxic enemies probably voted for him instead.!
@@RealOverdrive yup zollow would have been far off better if some dipshit at Ponos HQ didn't decide to give him the ability to 2 shot any unit in the game unless that unit has toxic immunity
@@derrickhageman1969 Imo, backliner with toxic will put in more work than a rusher with toxic. It isn't even guaranteed that Zollow will get a hit. Due to his low hp, he's likely to get killed by a wave, or waste it's attack on some meatshields.
Personally I found out that Bazibastra can effectively take down Scissorex, but needs much protection for that to work. Aphrodite can work only with stepping stone which could be a random peon.
the worst part about R.Ost is that he appears very early, appearing around in the 19th chapter of SOL and has uncanny stats for the state of the game where you first met him edit: oh ye and about sin and punishment but i forgor💀
Yeah, I notice Camelle really just dies when you finally get to it. But it's getting to it that's annoying, it has some pretty solid striking power and as you said, usually has support backing it up and preventing you from getting to it immediately.
@@astralguardian5930 I was stuck on a legend stage with Camelle (I forgot the stage name) and I never rlly tried… since I got my long ranged Uber I did it in 1 try
Yeah, Hot Bath Rock was dirt easy for me since Camelle wasn’t protected by anybody, but in levels where there’s a ton of meat shields, it does become way more annoying.
I watched this video and after 16 mins I instantly went to comments and tried to find someone who also saw the lil dragons attack I knew there was someone
I’m surprised St. Dober didn’t make it into the list. He’s one of my most hated enemies, even though I have surge immune Gato Amigo, Juliet the Maiko, Sanzo, and even Momotaro and Healer. Just when I’m about to permafreeze him, he surges and destroys all of my proc units, causing me to lose easily. Also I never struggled with R.ost (until 4-crown) bc of D.Gao carry
I really thought capy would be up there. Alone they are bad because they have single target but if supported by an enemy that can tear defense they become awful. They can one shot a lot of units because they can crit
the fact that the only one i’ve fought on this list is the black bear (maybe metal seal i can’t remember) makes me scared for what’s to come after into the future chapter. 3 (i’m only on great abyss in ITF chapter. 2)
sir metal seal on 3 crown UL is like 550% lol its actual hell as for the rest of the list: i expected AssBear to be there because new players, but i was surprised by henry. hes not that bad imo just use either immune to freeze or fast units Professor A can be annoying, but IMO brollows and Winged pigges are much worse. so id swap #2 with #4 personally Honestly? I get the r.ost hate. It was the absolute worst when i was in SoL. Proc parade and calibans keeper, especially on high crowns were absolute hell. Nowadays tho? Jagando sort of keeps him in check, even if you dont own any epicfest units (which i didnt until very very late game)
Imo, ribbo (alien croakly) is the worst enemy in the game. It's not because it's a hard enemy, it isn't, it's just because of how pointless he is. He makes almost no contribution to any of the stages he's in, and has the whole "long distance warper" role outclassed by gardeneel bros.
I'm surprised Condemned Peng wasn't on here. That goddamn death surge is SO much worse than fallen bears. Sure it does less damage but it is level 3 and will slow anything it touches.
I think "Those Guys" are the worst. They always Spawn in a way that they make your strong attackers with longer attack cooldowns attack too early and miss the actual boss behind
I unlocked Lone Cat and Kitten just to beat R. Ost the first time I got into Prince of Darkness. I was literally stuck for a good bit without it, but its resistance plus freeze made Awakened Bahamut timing a little easier.
to put it simply, the anteater guy. i would call him by his actual name but i don't really feel like it, and what really annoys me when he appears is his range, firerate, and area damage. like his damage is not that high but his range accommodates for that. yes im in the first sol sunchapters
@@MaxiemumKarnage i have a new least favorite enemy: crazed tank. why? because i died to him with 20ish cat food when he was at 1% HP. I WAS SO FUCKING MAD THAT DAY but i got him later i think

R.ost is number one? That really surprised me, especially over enemies like Prof. A and zollow. I've never had any issue with r.ost and always see it as free money
Ngl I think Winged Pigge is the worst enemy on this list considering it hasn't got many counters that are not ubers/benkei. Even with Ramen its not fully enough, you can't curse with Boomerang so you have to use Kintaro or Dasli. Weaken immunes don't outrange and it has super high DPS. Idk why R.Ost is at no.1 when its literally just a DPS enemy. It sucks, I agree, but you can use CC. With Jagando available now its a lot easier to deal with too. Tourist as well. I just think Winged Pigge is way worse, every stage it is in sucks.
honestly i think you could flip the list around and it'd almost be better, r'ost used to be a huge issue but now with all these anti traitless units he's way more manageable, and i feel like theres enough strong anti reds to minimize professor a's power honestly.
@@skyjack1 ass bear is literally countered by the cat cannon, or there are stage gimmicks that make it possible to avoid, and r. Ost is nothing compared to m.ost who has more health, damage, and a 100 percent chance to knock back, slow, and curse your units and jagando counters r.ost hard
8:24 I didn’t bring a critter to the level talked about here and made an hour long gif of me grinding its health down. I ended up knocking it back enough for Kasli to hit the base once, but what really did all the damage was Balalan Pasalan. In my eyes that seal can be in #1
The problem with lists like these is that it's based of the community and that means most of them won't encounter later game enemies. If rost is on this list, that will make this even more clearer as he really only takes bahamut timing and is a joke if you have certain unite that aren't even ubers
@@Tem07 I don't think they have considering bahamut almost always gets hit by R.Ost before he can get a hit in without proper support. So they might be talking about an R.Ost that you would normally find in Ul 1* and not Ul 3*
This is giving me flashbacks where I had to beat my first r. Ost I didn't have good cats at the time and I was literally praying my sky fortress won't die. Not to mention he was only lvl 16 lol. (I was lazy to upgrade ubers)
My feelings on the enemies in this list (keep in mind I'm a mid game player) Deathkory: His title is well placed. I actually have no idea of how to counter this guy. His damage output is stupid and his waves are even worse. He's also usually supported so it makes him one hell of a threat. Cadaver bear: This guy sucks. My only anti zombie that is able to affectively attack him is shigong, and having a lot health means that it can over-run my units very quickly. Update: I have one-hit wonders which makes him a bit more BEAR-able (insert laugh) but is still annoying to deal with. Crustaceous scizzorex: I hate this unit. Having Aphrodite, I thought I would be able to out range him.., and then she got knock backed. Why does this unit have so much range? My only units that an attack him without too much of a problem are Btrain and fishman. This unit was a huge set back to my progress. Update: Courier lol. This guy isn't too bad anymore due to the amount of work my courier does. Assassin bear: I actually don't have much of a problem with this unit. It can be annoying but it's made to be a timer and it's good at it's job. Fallen bear: HOLY JESUS MEXICO. I'm not going to say much about this guy because you probably already know what I'm going to say but he's hell. Zollow: He's not to bad but defiantly annoying. Still haven't seen much of him but his toxic hurts. Rain D: This unit has made me have trauma way to many times. Weather it be SOL or events, this guy always ruins everything. Having so many KBs, it's able to reposition making my units not be able to attack it. Update: there is no update this guy is still hard. Sir metal seal: Why does this unit exist. I could rant about this unit for hours, but I'll keep it short; WAY TOO MUCH DPS AND WAY TOO MUCH HEALTH. Update: I stick with my statement this guys sucks. Henery: I have Izu so I can affectively (?) counter this unit. Not too much of a problem for me yet, but I can see why it's so high on the list. Update: he's getting harder to deal with. I'm scarred of what's to come. Brollow: This unit is just a living nightmare. This unit is quite literarily the counter to me. My cameraman just knocks it back, my fishman dies too quick, I have no good anti floating ubers, it's just hell. Update: I have Windy now but not in her true form. These guys are still a pain in the booty. Winged piggie: Why does this thing have a halo it came straight from hell. One-hit wonders is able to kill it as they have good range and immune to weaken but winged piggie is still one hell of a unit. Professor A: This guy stinks. My only units that can affectively attack him are Aphrodite and roe. The slow is the main problem for me. None of my units can get in to attack him (except for Izu) and it leads to the enemies over-running me. Update: I realised Kuu can actually do some work to this guy. Finally a solid use for Kuu. R. ost: Hell. I had so many problems with this unit in the past. Realm of carnage, wrath of carnage, early SOL, mid SOL. Any stage with R ost is just difficult. Deserves the #1 spot. Update: Since I posted this I've gain many more anti traitless units and now he's a lot less stressful.
Honourable mention should be the stupid sloth thing, it's ugly and I hate it so much, especially where it gets spammed a lot in that one level I forget the name of because I hate it so much
"This video was made when version 11.6 was the latest version released globally so there may have been a new enemy introduced after this video was made that could have been on this list" man predicted rajakong Anyways, instead of sharing my thoughts, I shall suggest some counters to these enemies to hopefully help some newer players 13. Deathkory Octopus, Aku Researcher, Li'l Macho Legs and hope that Deathkory doesn't decide to kill Octo and ruin your day. Either that, or use ranged wave-blockers, if you happen to own one of the three of these rare units. 12. Cadaver Bear Shigong makes this enemy significantly more bearable to stall, as Zombear is a DPS pusher. As for attackers that outrange him, for no-uber there is Talented Cataur and TF Musashi. Honestly, save your sanity and use an anti-Zombie uber. 11. Crustaceous Scissorex Don't really have much advice against it. Use Courier to bully some enigmas and then get Catarzan ASAP. Honestly, that is the best thing there is against this hideous monstrosity. 10. Assassin Bear Assassin Bear is a glass cannon, so any unit that can tank AssBear, units that have above level 3 wave (eg: Manic Macho Legs with Level 4 wave) or even just the Cat Cannon (a classic technique against buffed AssBears is Thunderbolt + Bullet Train) - yeah, this enemy is pretty easy once you get its gimmick. 9. Fallen Bear I've seen that Metal Cat works wonders for stalling Fallen Bear, however I don't have the luxury of Metal Cat. Usually, spam 75c meatshields, Stone Cat, and even Cat Cactus if you somehow acquire 10 yellow Behemoth stones. Oh, and beg that Aku Researcher procs. If not, you are pretty screwed. 8. Zollow Snipe it with wave (Manic Macho Legs) or LD (Housewife) or surge (idk Dasli or something, currently don't have a good surge unit against Zollow). Oh, and Nekokhamen works as a meatshield... somewhat. 7. Rain D. Either use your generic >300 range spammable AoE (Slapsticks, Housewife, Fiend, Cyborg), generic Bahamut-esque units (first/evolved Bahamut, Ururun, Mina, your average uber rare), or... you know what, just talent Cyberpunk and make your life easier. 6. Sir Metal Seal Get that Soba leveled up damn high. Preferably level 44 or above, so it can ohkb 300% SMS. For 4-star or Total Myopia, you will just have to suffer with Crazed Moneko. 5. Henry Just get good at timing your units. Curseblast, Thunderbolt and Normal Cat Cannon also help interrupting his attack to let your frozen units escape his freeze. Also, freeze-immune units. Especially Li'l Eraser. 4. Brollow Cameraman Cat. As a side note, unless you are playing Throne of Phone, Octopus can help briefly stall Brollow spam. 3. Winged Pigge Number One: Boost Ramen. Number Two: Use Time Traveller and Miasma. Don't use Cyborg, she is too money-draining. Plus, Time Traveller is cooler. 2. Professor A. Since the release of Courier Cat, Professor A's threat level has plummeted to non-existent levels. And also Roe. 1. R. Ost Spammable AoE with over 300 range, or Bahamut-esque ubers and damn hope that they don't miss. Hey, why does that sound familiar? Jagando also really helps, but I bet most people watching the video haven't even beaten Mexico in Aku Realms yet. h
R. OST is definitely very annoying. It’s like PONOS thought of the best way to irritate their players and created R.ost to do that. But with something like Dkasli or Ganesha, if your meat shield walls can be sustained, it can be countered. But aside from that it’s just really hard to counter.
I would think dark doge since he has high speed, high attack and lots of knock backs. As well having high magnifications. Or R. Ost, I struggled so hard to beat all the R. Ost stages in 4 crown SoL. If I see him I take cyborg and glass cat.
Brollow REALLY pisses me off at times, his big strong damage, appearing in swarms and the inability to stop his attacks with a cat cannon without unleashing a swarm of them to attack all at once makes him such a pain the ass to deal with
I was totally expecting 200% wild doge to be on here. Not 100%, just 200% because it one shots m. Eraser and moves really fast so when long range units make big openings it pushes really hard
Assassin Bear's gotta be my least favorite, feels like it's checking either if your cannon is up or if you have a unit that checks it, very little room for counterplay outside of that due to the insane dps and movement they have
R.ost brutally tortured me with no mercy in realm of carnage. I even got 1% realm of carnage it due to the insane dps and ability to shred your meatshields especially due to its area attack. I can’t tell you how much I was frustrated, but I did eventually beat it. I can’t even imagine what relic R.ost will be like, but I don’t want to think of it. R.ost truly deserves the number 1 slot.
Lemme give you a fact about relic ost (aka m ost): He is a rapid perma slowing/knock back relic with a load of crap kbs and is fast. Also your right about r ost, he screwed me in ul like glass slippers. He also screws people in stages like the bathroom (a stage in sol) and heavens oasis
@@teukufadel8293 I understand that capy is a single target enemy, but I have a history with capy and Golden Gai and Boiling Spring. If Courier never existed for Boiling Spring it could've taken me weeks too beat the FIRST PART of that stage! @@gikdolgikdol3552 I only got Courier recently and I was stuck on the FIRST PART of Boiling Spring so I still am livid at ALL capies that exist, also Golden Gai can go to heck. But I understand Beserkory since octo go brrrrrrrrrrr (also now because of Courier).
honestly seeing the horror stories about cadaver bear (im just reaching the end of SOL, UL sounds like its gonna be a pain), im super glad i rolled Doom Engine Pandora (my only legend)
I liked hearing the Donkey Kong Country sound track at the beginning. Then I figured that SNES game probably came out before you were born. And then I realized I was old. ✌️ Good video.
@@teukufadel8293 depends on the stage, on some stages you can drain all support until it’s just prof a left meaning that you can use roe. Other stages you can just cyberpunk chip or use snipers like Mina or mml. Either way cyberpunk chipping is the easiest way
I find the camel to be annoying when i was recently fighting him in the infected king 3 star, my shadow Gao wasn't even strong enough to take on 2 of them at once there was one point I had 6 hacker cats until I was able to best the level
R. Ost was truly a menace. Ive never hated an enemy more. Now I can kick his ass easily since I have most of the epicfest, but he was a different breed back then in the white stages when I had just average ubers.
Least fav enemy wild doge. Survivor makes it a bitch against can-can, and at this point in the game (complete endgame) its the only thing that makes me want to throw my phone
'if sir metal seal shows up and u dont have critters its an automatic loss' me: forgot to bring critters in his debut and won after 40 minutes bc i stacked enough chronos to permafreeze
When I was going through stories of legends I learnt a very valuable lessons as a free to play it's that *Awakened Bhamut is a God, protect him at all cost.*
i was a little underleveled and went for b train cat and would use like 15 leadership to get clowned on by r ost. I never forgot those days. that bird has a special place in hell waiting for it
16:12 I cannot agree any higher, that stage took me 4 days to beat that stage beacuse of the stupid R.OST spam, like... How do you want me yo kill 15 R.OST and 1 every 50s, probably the most hated stage for me
I remember my first time fighting R. Ost, so many peoole said he would be difficult but D'arktanyan just deleted him from the game so he was pretty disappointing
As a starter only needing a couple more stages done to beat chapter 3, one horn and elephant are probably the most annoying enemy's. Metal hippoe is also pretty annoying.
Yea ROST is a real pain, i try to lure it close to the base then use driller cat to weaken it, when weaken lands, fire off A.bahumut for a gaurenteed hit, usually 2 of these will be enough to kill it. The constant weakens also allow housewife cat to chip away at it fairly consistantly. Right now the most frustrating for me is cadaver bear. Since its usually a boss, i try to build a massive army that hits the base all at once and hope it burrows and i kill the base before it pops back up. I have lv40 housewife, level 38 sifu, lv35 weedwhacker and it still tears through me to the point ive left all zombie into the future 3 levels with cadaver bear and completed the rest lol.
For where I'm at in the game, shadow boxer K is just...the biggest royal pain to me, I hate it, so very much, feels like it just sweeps me half the time it comes out
Well, since I still don't have bombercat (rip my schedule), my personal most hated enemy is probably black bore (if that's the name). A pain in the ass for all hard exp stage, or just advanced SoL. But if I had bombercat, then, my most despised enemy would probably be "Rajakong" (the angel behemoth gory) for his overwhelming stats and abilities
