By using this intro, I have obtained a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to incorporate it into my RU-vid videos.

incorporating an intro into your RU-vid videos. This License allows Licensee to use the intro template in an unlimited number of videos on the RU-vid platform.
Restrictions:
a) Licensee shall not sell, distribute, or transfer the intro template to any third party, whether in its original or modified form.
b) Licensee shall not claim ownership of the intro template or use it for any purpose other than as an intro for their RU-vid videos.
c) Licensee shall not use the intro template in any manner that is defamatory, unlawful, or violates any third-party rights, including copyrights,
trademarks, or privacy rights.
Modifications:
Licensee is permitted to modify the intro template to suit their personal branding and style.
However, Licensee may not remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution information embedded within the intro template.
Intellectual Property:
The intro template provided by Licensor, including any accompanying elements (graphics, music, text, etc.),
remains the intellectual property of Licensor. Licensee acknowledges that this License does not transfer any ownership rights to Licensee.
Attribution:
While not required, Licensee is encouraged to provide credit to Qummar2001 for the intro template used in their RU-vid videos.
This could be done by mentioning "Intro template by Qummar2001" in the video description or within the video itself.
Termination:
Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the intro template and remove it from any videos or platforms where it has been incorporated.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
The intro template is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the intro template.
