@@Jnst3than Keep it respectful? they would do 1s (if being assassinated and every now and then getting ranged mantras shot at you counts as "1s") until they got low and ran while the others piled on. They did a cowardly tactic of running "1s" and aggroing when their tm8 was low to clean up/get aggro for them to escape and heal. (rinse repeat until the bossraiders death.) Don't be fooled and take the "1s" as being respectful. It's security for them either they kill you and claim you had "fair 1s" or they start getting packed run and heal while others jump in to finish the job. True 1s is fighting to the death no swapping out.
