Because we are entitled to criticise a lot of times. I’m all for being positive, but I am also for being honest. As long as it’s respectful, I’m cool with folx speaking the truth about others and being critical.
When all this Corey Feldman stuff started, I thought it was legit. Like he really didn't understand how bad he was and thought he was great. But the more I see, and when I think back, when he was a kid, he was a good actor and he had to memorize a lot of stuff, etc. You have to be fairly intelligent to do that. Also, if he really thought that much of himself, nobody would want to work with him and you would have heard people mention it. He was in some pretty good movies with other great actors. Back to my point... After I watched like 15 of these videos where he's having equipment problems and complaining on stage and doing bad guitar solos, I thought, nobody has this many things go wrong, except maybe Spinal Tap. Every show it's something, and people are just coming to watch the train wreck. We can all laugh at him, but he is popular again. He's trending on S.M. and he's making money. He even wrote a song called The Joke Is On You. I believe now that he knows exactly what he's doing, and probably having a blast laughing at everyone who thinks it's all real.😅 TBH, I really hope he is just taking the piss and bamboozling all of us.
Yeah, wrong. A 'real man' would not take someone's disaster, sugar coat it and make it something it's not. A real man would look someone in the face and, good or bad, tell them the truth.

There's absolutely a time to weaponize, just as much as there's a time to empathize. I'm not defending hus playing as good. He is stuck in an older era and not skilled at it. However he can play the guitar. Compared to gun? He doesn't deserve that. Gun "Can Not" break dance at all, to the point it seems obvious she scammed the olympics. Apples to oranges?
I'm saying that the judgment by comparing him to Ray gun is clowny and uncoordinated as a kid. Nothing she did resembled break dancing. His guitar solo is like one move he did poorly. But it doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't know how to play the guitar. There can be no real reasonable comparison between the two. So it seems the judgment of the peanut gallery here on ytube is coming from child minded people who have no real personality. It would have been better to compare him to milly vanilly, who were at least musical entertainers that were caught lipsyncing, which still isn't a reasonable comparison. Just a cheap grab at a laugh for likes.
This dude clearly had dreams of being a rockstar in the 80s, but likely lacked any sort of discipline to actually learn an instrument. Hollywood hurt him when he was a child, and now he can only surround himself with “yes men” that maintain his delusional fantasy world he created for himself.
@@bleakcognitivefuture7913 I commented the same thing; he did. He was honest about it, so he's not trying to fool anyone, he's just trying. And to do it outside of a warehouse in front of a crowd, that takes balls.
I like EVH and some of the other shred guys but ultimately, in its extreme form you reduce that kind of playing to spectacle. That's what it is. And Feldman is presenting a spectacle. Quality judgements aside...
It was horrible, but I'm not going to sh!t on him for 4 reasons. 1. I met him years back. We talked for 10 - 15 minutes and he was very friendly, down to earth, generous with his time and as far as celebrity interactions go, he was super cool. 2. He's mentioned on social media that he's not a good guitar player, so he's not trying to fool anyone... he's just trying. 3. He's actually opening for Limp Bizkit. So, the cajones to get up there in front of a sizeable crowd. #respect. 4. If you watched any other part of this show, his band mates all sound like a garage band. I was in one, so I should know... this is what to expect. Idk how long he's been playing the guitar for, but when I was in a band; it took a solid year before noise sounded like music (and we played gigs during that period) then it was a couple more before we played sizeable shows that sounded pretty great. I wish I had copies of them. We were about a half of one percent as talented as you, but you have to start somewhere.
I definitely have sympathy for Corey knowing that he went through some horrific abuse during his time as a young kid in Hollywood... That being said, I think he needs to know when to quit.
Thing is, he is a massive egomaniac and narcissist. Case in point? He constantly buries Corey Hayne (?) saying he received most of the abuse and he only got blown. There's countless evidence of that. That's where most lose remorse for him.

I love how you approached this. Corey is so delusional it seems and surrounded by “yes” people but you gotta love someone that at least puts it out there. Been the showing love when others just tear him down. Hope Corey gets to a better place, he’s been through a lot.
@slapadabass13 nothing is delusional about it. It isn't like he's hitting the frets. I would say decision maybe to influence by an older gen and he simply isn't fluid. At least not here.
Poor corey... i actually feel bad for corey... the poor guy doesnt understand things about himself... however i applaud him for keeping on doing what he does... it takes a very special person to perservere past an incredible amount of pain and criticism... i think i will call corey a legend for his dedication... he deserves thst with all the pain hes been thru

Love how he used that kill switch without hitting a note beforehand. And that whammy technique is amazing; the way he uses it again without a note being struck is incredible. Corey, you are one of the greats, a true virtuoso.

I am more than positive that when he was really young his mother took him to a hypnotist and he told him that no matter what you do it will be absolutely brilliant . There is no other explanation . Enigma Feldman .
Oh the worst solo ever played was me getting on stage on a local bar. I made the mistake of telling the guy I was playing guitar and he invited me to jam on stage. Of course i said no and all my friends insisted. What a disaster when i think about it i want to bury my head in the sand.
