I understand that the full face geometry is kind of what everyone goes to, but I've always wondered about matching cuts for profile, 2/3, and 2/4 angles, and how that also factors into your thought process as a barber.
I don't think beards get talked about enough on how they can alter a face shape. I have a heart face shape and skin fades look ok on me. But recently I've grown in a fuller beard and it kinda squares out my perceived face shape and skin fades look even better on me now.
Hi, I just discovered you guys today and I've been reading the comments and watching your shorts, I got to say I got a little excited to learn more about what kind of haircut I could get since I'm trying to switch things up with my style. I'd like to genuinely ask if you guys could make a video explaining why your haircuts are so expensive maybe compared to other barber shops? Maybe educate us on why things are changing in the industry when it comes to the price tag ($80-$195 before tips) for getting a good haircut if you could so that people are not so skeptical. Thanks for your time.
Yo I had the same problem before. This video by teaching mans fashion should help though. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SlkRQGCMPpY.htmlsi=dgsxbfO9OZeZHqZn here is the link but if it doesn't work just type in teachmans fashion how to know face shape
never thought about hair in relation to face shape. had no idea what my face shape was. after watching this video i am definitely a heart shape and lately I haven't liked my hairstyle that ive been going with pretty much the past 5 years. Sure enough it was the slick back, showing off my big heart shaped forehead too much. And sure enough, the hairstyle I randomly switched to on accident one day that i like and now been using, is the middle pard you mentioned to try. great video, glad understand the structure to why my hair looks better this way.
i have a round face and i have gotten a buzz cut and yeah i agree it does make the roundness pop out more but i can still see the roundness even with a longer hairstyle. I stil got complimented by people (also women) with a very short buzz cut (3-6mm). Important here is that i got strong facial features so that definitely helps :p
@@gabbeat there is triangle and reversed triangle, triangle has an insanely wide jaw and somewhat wide cheekbones but narrow forehead, reversed triangle has a very wide forehead somewhat wide cheekbones and a narrow jaw.
I got oblong face shape and i did a middle part hairstyle is this already good? Cuz I don't believe my barber if you prove this is good then i go to my barber and thank him with extra 10 bucks🥰🥰🥰
I'm finding for me personally that I dont quite know what my face shape is but using my drivers license photo gives a better look at how its actually shaped. I never really liked my face shape so I see myself with a prefered shape and not what it actually is and most photos I take try and hide the non preferred parts.
I have a diamond face shape. And a bad hairline. So long slick back is out of the question. (Also i dont like to maintain long hairs) What else should i try for medium length
I have the ideal face shape and I unfortunately based on this video rock a textured fringe with a low tapper. Idk I always thought i made my face look more square.
Do you have any hair style recommendations ? - I got like an upside down triangle face shape. - I’m looking for a hair style that is low maintenance because I have 0 time to like actually put any products -i have a tiny bit of face fat so I kinda have a baby face -I got thin straight Asian hair. I’m not balding or anything it’s just how my hair is naturally
Hi, what can you advise a guy with a round face and protruding ears (they are really big lol), I can't shave off my temples much because my ears will stick out.Btw i wear glasses and doesn't have beard if its matter somehow
I'm either round or heart shape.. maybe in between but lol, some of the don'ts and dos are opposites. I like textured fringes tho and how they look on me
I think the closest one of these to my face is the diamond - except its not really. Wideest point is cheekbones but for head narrows out much more than chin, so I end up looking like an egg any time i get a short trim 😐
Yo you should check out buttery blackness guy makes videos for African American man style and hairstyles and etc. Video of his helped me out as well ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YG6S_qNY58U.htmlsi=HcU7Q2toQjqZ97ry
Yo i suggest making a video where you choose the best haircutd for your hairtype so people can get a haircut based off the knowledge of this video and the suggested one (unless you already msde one)
Is two block good for diamond faceshape? I currently have short hair so i tryna grow it cos i previously got a low fade and got a high fade instead, and turns out fade looks shit to me it makes my ear look big. Oh yeah, how do i grow for it? I grow the top but what bout the sides? How do i shorten it, fades are a big no no to me
I have an oval faceshape but I’m a teenager and coming to school with a styled side part or a combover is gonna look wierd, so what should I get instead
what do i do if i have an asian crew cut with short hair approximately 6-7 cm and wanna go for a middle part. I am really confused and dont know what to tell my barber. 🙏🙏
I got a mix of a rectangle and heartshaped. Like I have a long face that is almost rectangular, but my forehead is a bit bigger/ wider than my jaw. Do you have any recommendations for someone like me?
I have an oval face shape but curly hair. I've always had bangs, what would you suggest in my case as I can't really do the comb over and side part would look really dated I feel like.
Hey bro, I’ve got a rectangular/ diamond shape, so defo on the angular side, but I have a beard that masks it and you can’t really tell my shape. Do you think the a fade/two block would still fit?
What about longer hair? I mean not just American Pyscho or surfer lenght like really really long hair. Got rectangle and atm wearing a 60/40 wolfcut a bit longer than shoulder lenght and idk if it suits me. Got a really high hairline but I already tried bangs to cover it and they look horrible on me.
"the perfect shape" yes i look good on short hair but i want to have a long hair that suits the oval shape. Is that posible? I tried some but none look as good as with short hair and it is messing me up, i refuse to accept that i cant fit a long hair man
What to do if you have a fat diamond face and your hair is too curly so you require having a short hairstyle since anything too long is too hard to maintain and style? and the longer hair make your head look even bigger when it's already fat
i have a fivehead and a oval face, bro im stuck cant get that quiff because it exposes the forehead and fringes which are in right now make me look trash
