I literally thought of a whacky looney tune cartoon where a piano fell on Daffy Duck’s head and his mouth opened with piano keys as teeth in it and start singing silly symphony! That moment had me burst in tears laughing!
Just imagine how hard it is to make anyone believe, if all the stuff actually happened to him. The way people would look at him, will hurt more than any of that stuff.

what's funny is.. he was actually telling the truth😅 the last part confirmed it .. those are consequences of smoking tomatoes and its cousins, on top of feeling bad about a situation 🧠 The mind is tricky force already, please don't confuse it with subtances😊
