Tore my ACL and meniscus in 2014 i just fount out that they were torn in 2023 because the doctors refused to do an MRI, they thought it was just a sprain and physical therapy would fix it. It wasn't until years later my knee keeps popping out and I insist on an MRI (still takes them months to schedule), they say moth menisci are torn and ACL is gone. having surgery hopefully this summer
