Welcome to the 2nd annual Worst LEGO reveals award show! This year LEGO has some amazing and super surprising product reveals, however there was also a LOT that didn't go quite as smoothly.

Bricksie’s accidental leak was also a total accident, it was .3 seconds of a zoom out that didn’t have a black square over it and he also got a 6 month suspension :(

I'd honestly rather have them just be open and transparent with all the sets their working on. Then leaks just arent an issue anymore.

@@cnu929 I agree. I really like his content. I agree with a lot of his takes on Lego, Lego Star Wars, and the Lego Clone Troopers, and I just really like his content in general. Although I am disappointed that his Mustang does not have a V8! 😂

After the Temple of Doom, I get why leaks can be problematic. I feel like they canceled the set because a lot of people didn't like the set in the leaked images and maybe Lego looked at it and was like yeah this isn't the best. If it was a set that I really wanted, I'd be sad if this happened.

Whist its not on the list, I think ninjago summer 2023 sets deserve a spot on the list, considering that lego tried hard to keep them undercover way past every other leak that happened, and first a 4 plus set slipped out, then a poly bag, then a ton of preliminary sets showed up after a leaker led a vote for which sets to be leaked.

Another excellent video Holly! Regarding that UCS Venator, Lego recently announced a micro fighter of Captain Rex's Y-Wing, and the Rex mini figure coming with that set is the same one that comes with the Venator (that was believed to be exclusive to the Venator).

Lmao it's been a crazy year for botched lego reveals. Love the list - only thing I'd swap is the Venator leaks with the Temple of Doom controversy; I feel like Indiana Jones deserves the number two spot. The backlash and ambiguity surrounding the set's cancellation was powerful and long-lasting. Here's to hoping we get more Indy sets in 2024

Great video for such an interesting and odd year of Lego leaks. I personally feel the Avengers Tower should've been higher on the list, at the very least because of it being put on display in a Lego Store in France like 3 weeks early, but maybe that's just my Marvel bias talking.

I can't say I'm surprised the OE was on here, I'd probably even consider it one of the most controversial set releases we've seen in quite some time. We've had controversial sets before but _wow,_ the OE discourse was _insane._ People rant about how Lego train fans overreacted and weren't greatful for a new train set, but I've seen a good chunk of criticism come from the non train fan side of Lego too so I find it hard to pin the blame on them alone. Kind of understandable though since the set differentiated so much from the original, while I do think people overreacted it still does make a bit of sense since to my knowledge this is the first time we've seen a drastic change to an ideas set like that.
